Abstract

SMA Daarul Qur'an Bekasi memiliki infrastruktur teknologi memadai dan telah berlangganan Microsoft Office 365, namun 90% guru belum familiar dengan fitur- fiturnya dan 70% belum pernah menggunakan platform pembelajaran digital secara komprehensif. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah program pelatihan intensif Microsoft Office 365 dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan hands-on practice, meliputi Microsoft Forms untuk evaluasi digital dan Microsoft Sway untuk presentasi interaktif. Meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru-guru SMA Daarul Qur'an Bekasi dalam memanfaatkan Microsoft Office 365 untuk pembelajaran berbasis TIK yang lebih interaktif dan berkualitas. Tujuan khusus meliputi pengembangan kemampuan guru dalam membuat konten pembelajaran interaktif, sistem evaluasi digital, dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi yang telah tersedia di sekolah. Menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif dengan penerapan IPTEK melalui workshop intensif selama 3 jam pada 18 Juni 2025. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan hands-on practice dengan pendekatan andragogi, demonstrasi penggunaan Microsoft Forms dan Sway, serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Program berhasil diikuti oleh 25 guru dengan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman Microsoft Office 365 dari rata-rata skor 45,2 (pre-test) menjadi 82,7 (post-test). Hasil monitoring menunjukkan 85% guru menggunakan Microsoft Forms untuk evaluasi, 70% menggunakan Microsoft Sway untuk presentasi, dan 80% guru telah menerapkan Microsoft Office 365 dalam pembelajaran mereka dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 94%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the trend of physics learning achievement using the POEW learning model and conventional learning descriptively. The influence of the POEW learning model on physics achievement is known comparatively. This research is a quasi-experiment. The population of the study consists of the eighth-grade students of MTs Mathali'ul Huda Pati for the 2013/2014 academic year. There are 110 students in the class. Random sampling was used to obtain a sample of 74 students. Based on test results from 30 questions, 26 questions were valid, and 4 questions were invalid. An rtt of 0.877 was used to determine the reliability of the instrument. Data analysis includes prerequisite analysis tests, normality tests of distribution, and homogeneity tests of variance. The results showed that the trend of physics learning achievement using the POEW model falls into the high category, while the conventional model falls into the moderate category. In the t-test, obtained t count = 3.565 and p = 0.001, which means the hypothesis is accepted by students and is significant. There is a significant difference in physics learning achievement using the POEW model and the conventional model. Therefore, there is an influence of the use of the POEW model on physics learning achievement.
