Abstract

The main problem examined in this study is how the family environment influences the learning motivation of Grade IX students at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Makassar. This study aims to: (1) describe the family environment of students in Grade IX at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Makassar; (2) describe the learning motivation of students in Grade IX at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Makassar; and (3) analyze the extent to which the family environment influences students' learning motivation in Grade IX at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Makassar. This research is a quantitative study using a correlational approach to determine whether there is an influence between the family environment variable and learning motivation, namely the family environment variable (X) and the learning motivation variable (Y). The study was conducted at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Makassar, with a population consisting of 500 Grade IX students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that the family environment of Grade IX students is generally in the medium category, as is the students' learning motivation. The study found a significant influence of the family environment on students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the statistical analysis using the t-test and f-test, where the t-test results showed that X1 had no significant effect (sig > 0.05), while X2 significantly affected variable Y. The f-test results indicated that both X1 and X2 significantly influenced variable Y, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. These results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the family environment influences the learning motivation of students at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, khususnya dalam konteks persaingan usaha kuliner yang semakin kompetitif di Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Café Solata Palopo. Secara khusus, penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh marketing mix dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan, serta pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur, dan observasi lapangan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik incidental sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kombinasi variabel marketing mix (produk, harga, promosi, dan lokasi) dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada tingkat signifikansi 5 persen. Namun, ketika diuji secara parsial, variabel marketing mix tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, yang mencakup aspek responsivitas, empati, dan keandalan tenaga kerja, memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dibandingkan dengan elemen-elemen dalam strategi marketing mix. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pihak manajemen Café Solata lebih memfokuskan perhatian pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan melalui pelatihan karyawan dan standarisasi prosedur layanan, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap strategi marketing agar mampu mendukung peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Focusky application influences the Indonesian language learning outcomes of Grade VII students at SMPN 3 Pitu Riase. The research employed a quantitative deductive methodology. This type of research used a one-group pretest-posttest design and was quasi-experimental in nature. Instead of using a control group, the study examined students’ learning outcomes before and after using the Focusky media. Pretest and posttest assessments were used to collect the data.The findings of the study revealed that students’ scores improved after using the Focusky media. In the posttest, the highest score increased to 90 and the lowest to 45, while in the pretest, the highest score was 55 and the lowest was 25. These results indicate that the use of the Focusky application can enhance students’ learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Focusky application effectively improves students’ achievement in Indonesian language learning.
