Abstract

This research examines the economic transformation process occurring within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through integration with e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. Using a case study method involving 5 MSMEs in East Java, this research analyzes changes in business models, revenue growth, market expansion, and operational adaptations experienced by MSME actors after joining e-commerce platforms. The findings indicate that digitalization through e-commerce platforms provides an average revenue increase of 45%, expansion of market reach to international markets, and business operational efficiency. However, several obstacles such as digital literacy gaps, uneven infrastructure, and intensifying competition were also identified. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of digital transformation in MSMEs and provides strategic recommendations for business actors and policymakers to optimize the utilization of e-commerce platforms in local economic development.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aimed to enhance teachers' ability at SMA Al-Mubaarok in utilizing AI technology, specifically Chat GPT, as a tool to assist in writing Classroom Action Research (CAR) reports. Through three sessions held in June 2025, teachers received theoretical understanding of CAR, hands-on practice in operating Chat GPT for report writing, as well as continuous evaluation and mentoring. The activity, attended by 15 teachers, was conducted at SMA Al-Mubaarok in Bekasi and employed participatory, demonstrative, needs-based, and sustainable approaches. Evaluation results showed that the average ability of participants reached 81%, with most teachers capable of effectively operating Chat GPT, generating quality draft reports, and quickly obtaining relevant ideas and references. This success indicates that a structured and ongoing training program can accelerate teachers’ adaptation to technological innovations while fostering creativity and professionalism. The use of Chat GPT proved to reduce administrative burden and expedite the report preparation process, supporting improvements in learning quality and teacher professional development. Abstract

Pengenalan kewirausahaan pada murid sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bogor sebagai bagian dari upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang mandiri, kreatif, dan berdaya saing. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada rendahnya minat kewirausahaan pada usia dini serta tuntutan era globalisasi dan digitalisasi yang menuntut keterampilan hidup, kreativitas, dan kepedulian sosial-lingkungan sejak awal. Pendidikan kewirausahaan di sekolah dasar dipandang tidak hanya berorientasi pada kemampuan ekonomi, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kesadaran lingkungan melalui pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua murid di dua sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan berbasis proyek seperti pembuatan produk sederhana, simulasi jual-beli di kelas atau pasar mini sekolah, serta pembelajaran membawa barang untuk dijual. Sekolah menyusun kurikulum tematik kewirausahaan sederhana, menyediakan ruang kreativitas dan bahan praktik, serta melibatkan pelaku usaha lokal sebagai mentor dan role model. Guru berperan aktif sebagai fasilitator, sementara dukungan orang tua memperkuat pembelajaran melalui pendampingan dan pengelolaan uang saku. Pembelajaran juga menanamkan nilai sosial dan lingkungan. Meskipun menunjukkan praktik yang positif dan kontekstual, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan evaluasi dampak pembelajaran, integrasi kewirausahaan ke dalam kurikulum formal, peningkatan kapasitas guru, serta pemanfaatan teknologi agar program berkelanjutan dan berdampak lebih luas.
