Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the economic criticism of Pancasila against the phenomenon of increasing e-commerce  in Indonesia in 2020. The research method used is a descriptive method with a type of qualitative research. The method used in this writing is library research,where the retrieval of primary and secondary data for the selection of data relevant to a large theme andanalyzed through a predetermined view. The results of this study show that the Pancasila economy is experiencing difficulties as a whole, and must compete with the pace of market, demand, and supply. E-commerce media   is a bridge between buyers and sellers, but has difficulty fulfilling the wishes of sellers. the use of  e-commerce  as a liaison between buyers and sellers, internet access can make the market wider. Not only at the national level, but at the international level through Indonesia's human resources which is more responsive, resilient, with global skills

Abstract

The development process is completely initiated by the public community in social activities to make it better is a process of empowerment. Therefore, the target community program is always involved in community empowerment. This is a very urgent process for improving the welfare of the community through improving the economy. One of them can be realized through increasing income activities from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSME empowerment process is implemented through Community Service (PKM) activities providing empirical ideas for real work for the advancement of MSMEs that are more independent. Economic empowerment through MSMEs can create an integrated unity between the role of the campus and the community, especially in RW 07, Padurenan Village, Tangerang City. However, there are problems faced by SMEs including a). Production is only in the manufacture of components or products, b) The lack of competence of SMEs in the application of technology c), Weak competence in the production and management process. Departing from the real problems and conditions, the role of MSMEs for the family economy is to increase the need for support from human resources, capital, media equipment, processes and marketing, and good use of natural resources and human resources. Therefore, the family economy can improve if it is seen in the increase in employment, income, always having assets, and meeting needs. Thus, it can be seen that the impact of the existence of MSMEs needs to provide benefits for the suitability of personal and corporate life. Therefore, MSMEs in RW 07 Padurenan Village, Tangerang City can improve the family's economy by being free from poverty to improve their standard of living

Abstract

This study aims to determine the maintenance of school health facilities at YPI Tunas Bangsa High School Palembang, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The key informants in this study were the person in charge of the School Health and the supporting informants was the deputy principal of the school's facilities and infrastructure sector, teachers, and school documents/archives related to the problems studied. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the maintenance of School Health facilities is carried out through 1) Maintenance of School Health facilities can be said to be quite good, it can be seen from the people who use School Health facilities, they always try to be responsible for maintaining School Health facilities; 2) Supporting factors for maintaining School Health, namely a) School Health staff and students making good use of the facilities; b) the maintenance schedule is by the schedule of the School Health officers; and c) two cupboards are available to store School Health facilities; 3) The inhibiting factors are a) not having a special room for storage of School Health facilities, and b) not using a special record book for the maintenance of School Health facilities so that the maintenance process is less than optimal.

Abstract

Edukasi digitalisasi kepada pelaku UMKM Belimbing kota Depok diharapkan dapat memastikanbahwa pelaku UMKM dapat memaksimalkan internet sebagai media untuk membantumengembangkan bisnis mereka. Hal yang paling sederhana dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM telahmembuat web site gratis untuk usahanya. Memaksimalkan website sangat penting untukmemasarkan produknya supaya memudahkan para konsumen untuk membeli produk UKM tersebut.Pelaku UMKM dapat menerima masukan apa yang diinginkan pelanggan terhadap produk yangdijual dan dapat mengevaluasi bisnis mereka setiap waktu dengan komentar para pelanggan.Digitalisasi informasi dengan menggunakan komputer juga dapat didukung oleh peralatan tambahanseperti mesin pemindai atau scanner yang dapat menerjemahkan foto atau gambar di atas kertas yangbersifat analog, kemudian memasukkannya ke dalam sistem komputer dan mengubahnya menjadigambar atau foto dengan dengan format digital. Telepon genggam juga dapat melakukan digitalisasiinformasi berupa foto, video dan pesan suara. Masyarakat dapat merekam berbagai suara ataumengambil gambar dan video dari kejadian yang sedang berlangsung di sekitar mereka. Suara dankejadian tersebut bersifat analog karena dapat dilihat dan dirasakan oleh pancaindra manusia.Kemudian telepon genggam memasukkan suara dan kejadian tersebut ke dalam kotak penyimpananatau storage, terjadi digitalisasi informasi di dalam telepon genggam tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to dig deeper into the Go-Food application-based online promotional tricks for the Bandeng Presto cluster in Semarang city. This is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The number of informants was 57 informants. The results of this study indicate that online promotion tricks are based on the Go-Food application in the Bandeng Presto cluster in the city of Semarang. has benefits, namely: increasing the number of consumers, expanding the market, increasing income, as a promotional medium, time efficiency and increasing credibility, while the disadvantages can be overcome by technology development carried out on the Go-Food application. Thus the advantages gained by online promotion tricks based on the Go-Food application are more than the losses, so it can be concluded that the online promotional tricks based on the Go-Food application are suitable for use by the Bandeng Presto cluster in the city of Semarang

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the effectiveness of environmental education in schools and its impact on students' understanding and engagement in environmental conservation. By analysing various educational programmes and their outcomes, the study aims to provide insight into how schools can better equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to protect natural resources. This research methodology involves a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. A sample of students from various grade levels and several teachers were selected and given pre- and post-tests to measure their critical thinking skills before and after participating in the PKM programme on strengthening awareness of the school environment through open space greening activities. The results of the study, namely: 1) in terms of student concern for the school environment, it is known that students and teachers are involved in greening school open spaces; and 2) The study found a positive correlation between good student and teacher habits, such as disposing of garbage in its place and caring for greenery in open school spaces.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on purchase decisions moderated by product quality at McDonald’s/ McD. This research is considered as causal effect research. The respondents are 100 consumers of McD obtained by incidental sampling technique. The results of the data analysis of this research are (1) there is a significant positive effect between social media marketing variables and purchasing decisions, (2) there is a significant positive effect between McD’s product quality variables and consumer purchasing decisions, and (3) there is also a significant positive effect between the purchasing decision variables and social media strengthened by the quality of McD’s products which are able to moderate the two variables.

Abstract

This article examines the effect of implementing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) academic supervision on the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools (SMP). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in two junior high schools in Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The results showed that PAI academic supervision in junior high schools is still not optimal because various factors, such as competence, motivation, work environment, and facilities, influence it. However, PAI academic supervision also positively impacts the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools, such as improving the quality of learning, developing student potential, and job satisfaction. This article provides recommendations for PAI supervisors, principals, PAI teachers, and other relevant parties in improving PAI academic supervision in junior high schools, as well as a reference for future research related to the same or similar topics.

Abstract

This study is being carried out with the aim of finding out if virtual accelerators have any power in motivating buyers to buy cover during the moderate COVID19 pandemic using a peer group. are not. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. This study used a full sampling approach as the sample was taken of one hundred bedding buyers during the COVID19 pandemic. Collect questionnaire usage statistics for respondents. Analyze the statistics used on this declaration using the Statistcal Package for SocialSciences (SPSS) software. Theimpact ofthis review is that there may be some strength between digital acceleration on consumer behavior, the benchmark group has no impact on consumer behavior. Meanwhile, if the peer-to-peer group mediates between digital acceleration and consumer behavior, it has devastating and far-reaching effects. Therefore, we can conclude that Reference Groups have digital acceleration power for consumer behavior. For the researchers assume that life insurance companies pay special attention to peer groups so they can increase their life insurance purchases during Covid19.

Abstract

This community service program is a collaboration between a team of lecturers from UPN Veteran Jakarta and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in DKI Jakarta. This activity is useful between UPN Veteran Jakarta and MSMEs Level Up Kominfo RI. This program is not only a form of cooperation between educational institutions and government institutions, but also as a form of community service from UPNVJ lecturers through the implementation of the tridharma of higher education. With a focus on developing marketing strategies, this activity aims to help MSMEs utilize sales data to improve their marketing performance. The lecturer team collaborates with MSMEs in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify relevant patterns and trends in consumer behavior. Based on these findings, a marketing strategy was developed tailored to the characteristics of the local market and consumer needs. The strategy includes the utilization of social media, online platforms, proper market segmentation, and appropriate product development. In addition, this program also involves training activities and workshops to improve understanding and marketing skills for MSMEs. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that MSMEs in DKI Jakarta can strengthen their position in the market and increase their competitiveness in a sustainable manner. This program is a concrete step in supporting local economic growth and the development of MSMEs as an important pillar in the economy. After the service activities, MSMEs in DKI Jakarta benefit from more effective marketing strategies, increased sales, and a better understanding of using sales data. This has an impact on local economic growth and the empowerment of MSME communities
