Abstract

Menstrual pain (dysmenorhoe) is a common problem experienced by young women and can interfere with their daily activities. Lack of knowledge about proper treatment, especially nonpharmacological methods such as acupressure, leads to high visits to health facilities to address this pain. Therefore, effective education is needed so that adolescents are able to apply acupressure techniques independently to reduce menstrual pain. The implementation of this service activity includes counseling on acupressure at SMPN 3 Tanjung Palas Utara, which is supported by the presentation of material through presentation media and practical demonstrations. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the increase in participants' knowledge. The expected result is to increase the knowledge and application of acupressure independently by adolescents, so as to reduce the need for visits to health centers due to dysminorhoe. Through this activity, it is hoped that adolescents' knowledge about non-pharmacological menstrual pain management can develop, support their reproductive health, and reduce the burden on public health facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 123 Bangko through the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The subjects of this study were 15 students, consisting of 3 males and 12 females. The initial observation was conducted in March 2026, and the research action was carried out in April 2026. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a spiral model design consisting of two cycles. Data collection techniques included tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the PjBL model significantly improved student learning outcomes. The classical learning completeness increased from 40% in the pre-cycle to 66.7% in the first cycle and reached 86.7% in the second cycle. Thus, the Project Based Learning model is effective in improving the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 123 Bangko.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of classroom agreements in preventing bullying at SDN 166 Ambawa, East Luwu Regency, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting their implementation. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving the principal, teachers, and students as research participants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings reveal ed that classroom agreements were implemented through three stages: participatory formulation, consistent implementation, and regular evaluation. Their implementation reduced verbal and physical bullying, enhanced students' mutual respect, encouraged reporting of bullying incidents, and fostered a positive classroom culture. The implementation was supported by collaboration among the school, parents, teachers, and the principal, while geographical conditions, the use of local languages, and cultural diversity posed challenges. Therefore, classroom agreements can serve as an effective preventive strategy for creating a safe, inclusive, and bullying-free learning environment in elementary schools.
