Abstract

This study is motivated by the need for digital transformation in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly through the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai. This platform is expected to support flexible, contextual, and student-centered learning. However, its application still encounters several technical and non-technical obstacles. The purpose of this research is to examine the use of PMM based on indicators such as user activity, availability of training materials, teachers' participation in self-paced training, availability of interactive features, and assessment tools; and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The participants were the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, and teachers of SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai. The data were analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with source triangulation to ensure data validity. The results showed that: activity in PMM was inconsistent; only some teachers used the platform regularly, The training materials available were comprehensive, but not fully utilized due to time constraints, Teachers' participation in self-training varied, depending on their motivation and administrative workload, Interactive features such as forums and communities were underutilized due to a lack of familiarity, The assessment feature had not been fully implemented due to a lack of technical guidance. Supporting factors included internet access, support from the school principal, and availability of Belajar.id accounts. Inhibiting factors involved low digital literacy, high teacher workload, limited ongoing training, and resistance to new technology. It is concluded that the PMM platform has strong potential to support the Merdeka Curriculum, but its effective use requires intensive training, infrastructure improvements, and better time management strategies at the school level.

(3) There was an improvement in the speaking skills of Group B children at RA ATTA'LIM Sungai Duo after implementing the PowerPoint-based guessing games with the theme of wild animals. In Meeting 1, MB reached 68 %, Meeting 2 reached 81%, and Meeting 3 reached 93%. Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the information literacy skills possessed by the librarian at SMA N 1 Koto Salak, Dharmasraya Regency. Information literacy is an essential skill that must be mastered by librarians, especially in supporting the learning process and assisting students and teachers in accessing, evaluating, and utilizing information accurately and responsibly. In the digital era, where information flows abundantly, librarians are expected to possess strong information literacy skills in order to play an active role as literacy facilitators within the school. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. This study explores five main aspects of information literacy: identifying information needs, searching for information effectively, evaluating information, using information ethically and legally, and presenting information appropriately. The findings show that the librarian has a basic understanding of information literacy. However, there are still limitations in evaluating information and making optimal use of information technology.Based on these findings, it is recommended that the school and the education office provide continuous support through regular information literacy training, improved access to technology and digital resources, and enhanced collaboration between librarians and teachers in the learning process. In doing so, the librarian’s information literacy skills can continue to develop and positively impact the quality of library services in the school.
