Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe comprehensively the process of public relations planning in improving the school's image at SMAI Al-Hamidiyah Sungai Ambawang, the implementation of public relations activities in supporting the school's image, the evaluation of the public relations program as part of the image improvement strategy, and various efforts that have been made by the school in strengthening public relations. This study applies a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data validity was carried out through the application of four main indicators, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate thatFirst All school administrators were involved in the public relations planning process at SMAI Al-Hamidiyah Sungai Ambawang. Planning was carried out systematically and in detail through an annual meeting that outlined the entire public relations program agenda. Second Public relations activities are carried out according to plan, where public relations has the main task of conveying information about all school activities to the community. Third Program evaluation refers to school service standards and is carried out routinely by internal and external parties Fourth Public relations improvement efforts are focused on increasing access to information for the public through updating existing media such as website school.

Abstract

Leadership based on Islamic spiritual values ​​has been proven to make a real contribution to strengthening the religiosity of the school community. This is reflected in the application of the principles of integrity and trust, as well as transformational values ​​that encourage idealistic influence, inspiring motivation, more critical thinking, and attention to individual needs. Leadership transformation in Islamic educational institutions is a strategic issue amidst the currents of managerial modernization and the degradation of spiritual values. This study aims to identify the form and direction of Islamic educational leadership transformation that harmonizes spiritual values ​​with managerial effectiveness. The research approach uses a library method with qualitative descriptive analysis, sourced from scientific literature such as books, journal articles, and relevant research findings. The study's results indicate that effective leadership transformation does not solely emphasize technocratic dimensions, but must be grounded in the spirituality of monotheism that fosters integrity, sincerity, and moral responsibility. The synergy between spiritual values ​​and managerial skills produces a transformative, humanistic, and meaningful leadership model, thereby strengthening institutional performance and building an ethical and value-oriented organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas permainan Team Puzzle Adventure dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama anak usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 25 anak kelompok B di RA RU Ganjaran Gondanglegi, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama delapan pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama anak, ditandai dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 9,11 pada pretest menjadi 13,27 pada posttest, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 4,16 poin. Analisis data menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja sama anak sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan Team Puzzle Adventure efektif dan berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama anak usia 5–6 tahun.
