Abstract

As the F&B industry plays an important role in attaining national food resilience, maintaining sustainably good performance is a heightened concern for all stakeholders. Consequently, F&B companies are heavily scrutinized by investors who commonly use firm value as a business performance indicator. In this study, the authors intend to analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure ratios on firm value in the F&B subsector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2024. With a sample of 33 firms and 10-year ratios for a total of 363 data points, the research method combines descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis using Smart PLS 4. The research results show a significant relationship between the profitability variable and firm value. On the contrary, capital structure and liquidity were found not to have any effects on firm value. For practitioners, this research provided evidence on the centrality of profitability not only to attain high firm value but also to portray a positive signal to the public and convince investors. In addition, for investors, this research provides recommendations on several factors to consider when investing capital.

Abstract

Abstract: The research is based on the onteraction pattern of teacher and students in learning indonesian in grade 1 of the State Elementary School 28 Kelakik. This study aims to determine the interaction patterns of teachers and students in grade Iand to determine the characteristics of students in the Indonesian language learning process. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were Indonesian language teachers, grade I student and parents. The object of this research is the interaction pattern of teacher and students in learning Indonesian. Data collection techniques using interview sheets, observations sheets. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources, and techniques. The result of the research is the pattern of interaction in Indonesian language learning in grade I of 28 Kelakik Elementary School, which is a one-way interaction, the first grade elementari school teacher conveys the subject matter, the teacher acts as a facilitator by utilizing methods, media and learning resources. Two-way interaction, the teacher conducts questions and answers in learning. Teachers and firts grade elementary school students give each other interacting responses. The characteristics of students in learning are students who like to play, love to do learning activities in groups. The conclusion of the study is the pattern of interaction in learning in grade 1 of 28 Kelakik Elementary School, namely one-way interactions and two-way interaction. Keywords: Interactions, Learning, Indonesian. Abstrak: Penelitian didasari oleh pola interaksi guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonsesia di kelas I SD Negeri 28 Kelakik. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pola interaksi guru dan siswa di kelas I dan mengetahui karakteristik siswa dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian guru bahasa Indonesia, siswa kelas I dan orangtua siswa. Objek penelitian pola interaksi guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar wawancara, lembar observasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian adalah pola interaksi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada kelas I SD Negeri 28 Kelakik yaitu terjadi interaksi satu arah, guru kelas I SD menyampaikan materi pelajaran, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dengan memanfaatkan metode, media dan sumber belajar. Interaksi dua arah, guru melakukan tanya jawab dalam pembelajaran. Guru dan siswa kelas I SD saling memberikan respon berinteraksi. Karakteristik siswa dalam pembelajaran yaitu siswa senang bermain, senang melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran secara berkelompok. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pola interaksi dalam pembelajaran di kelas I SD Negeri Kelakik yaitu terjadi pola interaksi satu arah dan interaksi dua arah. Kata Kunci: Interaksi, Pembelajaran, Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

In education, reading ability is a very important basic skill. However, not all students are able to master reading skills well, especially students who have dyslexia. Based on initial observations at SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya, it was found that several students had difficulty recognizing letters, arranging letters into words, and reading fluently, thus hampering the learning process. Therefore, learning media is needed that suits the characteristics of dyslexic students, one of which is through the use of Canva-based audio-visual media. This research aims to determine the characteristics of dyslexic students, describe the application of Canva audio-visual media, and analyze the effect of its use on improving the reading ability of dyslexic students at SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method and a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The research subjects were five dyslexic students who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through reading and observation tests, while data analysis used normality tests and hypothesis testing in the form of paired sample t-test. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in students' reading abilities after being given treatment using Canva audio-visual media. The average pretest score of 38 increased to 52 on the posttest. The results of the hypothesis test show a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.033 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Canva-based audio-visual media has a significant effect on improving the reading ability of dyslexic students at SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya.
