Abstract

An innovation that was sparked is an alternative currency to replace conventional currency, namely digital currency that is secured using a Cryptographic method called Cryptocurrency. However, Cryptocurrency prices cannot be controlled, causing massive fluctuations. Cryptocurrency price changes are very stable due to several factors such as speculation from users and the nature of the follow-up from new to one of the causes. The cause of this bandwagon is due to extreme price increases in a short time, even within a day the price of Crypto can experience a difference of millions of rupiah for each increase and decrease. To answer this question, we need a software that can predict the Rupiah exchange rate. The Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) for the Triple Exponential Smoothing implementation is 3.7249%. This method was utilized to predict the Rupiah exchange rate for Cryptocurrency, addressing the issue of price fluctuations in the Crypto market. Historical data, along with the specified parameters of 0.40 for Xt and S't, and 0.60 for Beta, were employed to generate accurate predictions. The process involved calculating first to third smoothing, determining Constants, Slopes, and Parabolics, and finally producing the Forecasting results. The MAPE value of 3.7249% indicates that the Triple Exponential Smoothing method exhibited relatively accurate predictions with a small margin of error when applied to a dataset of 50 data samples, ranging from May 2022 to June 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of operational costs on improving the performance of American Public Helath Corporation. The research method used is quantitative data method. While the data used is secondary data. The method of data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of the variables on Operational Costs on Performance Improvement using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of testing the hypothesis using simple regression analysis and t-test show that: that the t-table value of the Operating Costs variable is 6.862 > the t-table value (df:α :

Abstract

In this study the population was Employees of United Kongdom Medical Dcotor and Nurses, namely as many as 950 people. From the basis for determining the writer's sample based on the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of `10%, the number for the sample is 91 respondents. the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that location accessibility (X) has a significant effect on community satisfaction (Y1). the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that location accessibility (X) has no significant effect on community satisfaction (Y2). the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that service quality (Y1) is an intervening variable that mediates the effect of location accessibility (X) on community satisfaction (Y2).

Abstract

In this study, the population was Civil Servants in Australian Medical and Health Department, namely as many as 30 people. Because the target population is less than 100, the sampling technique used is the census method, in which the entire population, totaling 30 Civil Servants in Australian Medical and Health Department, will be used as the research sample. With the results of the first hypothesis being rejected, it means that the Work Environment (X) has no positive and significant effect on Work Communication (Z). the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Environment (X) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). the third hypothesis is rejected, meaning that Job Communication (Z) has no positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

In this data collection method, they make their own observations in the field, the implementation is in the form of a direct survey. The population in this study were customers of the Buana Water refill drinking water depot in the city of Indrapura with a population of 80 based on the number of customers per month. Because the total population is less than 100 people, the sampling technique used is the census method where the entire population of 80 regular customers will be used as a sample that has the characteristics of making purchases more than 2 times. The results of the research on the first hypothesis are accepted, meaning that the Service Quality Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y). the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Price Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y). the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Service Quality Variable (X1), Price Variable (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y).

Abstract

The problem raised as the focus of the research is what is the position of the perpetrator of adultery according to the Criminal Code and Islamic law and how to participate in adultery according to the Criminal Code and Islamic law. The type of research used by the author in this research is library research, also known as Library Research, namely by searching for data or information through searching the literature available in the library. As well as using a comparative approach method (Comparative Approach) because the author examines participation in adultery according to the Criminal Code and Islamic law to show a comparison of participation in adultery according to Islamic law with positive law. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source, which contains legal materials. The primary legal materials used by researchers are the Criminal Code, the Qur'an and Hadith. The secondary legal materials used by researchers are scientific books, books of fiqh, texts from the mass media, journals and/or other references that are relevant to the problem being studied. The tertiary legal materials used by researchers are encyclopedias, legal dictionaries and Indonesian dictionaries. The conclusions that can be drawn from this thesis are, first, the position of the perpetrator of adultery according to the Criminal Code and Islamic law is that a person can be considered a perpetrator of adultery when that person carries out sexual activities, namely the entry of a man's genitals into a woman's genitals, the difference between Indonesian positive law and Islamic law. that is, it lies with the perpetrator. In Indonesian positive law the perpetrator must be a person who is bound by marriage and there must be a complaint from his legal wife/husband, however in Islamic law the perpetrator does not have to be bound by marriage and there does not have to be a complaint. Second, participating in adultery according to the Criminal Code and Islamic law means that the Criminal Code views participating in adultery as the activity of a person who, together with the perpetrator of adultery, carries out some of the elements of the criminal act of adultery so as to achieve the crime of adultery, in the Criminal Code assisting, encouraging and ordering the commission of a criminal act is a separate sub-chapter and is not included in participation, however in Islamic law participation covers everything related to the expansion of perpetrators of criminal acts, so participation in Islamic law includes assistance, encouragement and ordered to commit criminal acts.
