Abstract

The phenomenon of workplace bullying, particularly in the health or medical field, presents an irony. A profession that should be synonymous with empathy, care, and respect for human values has instead become a place with high levels of abusive behavior in various countries. This study aims to uncover the empathy paradox in the healthcare profession by analyzing the causes, forms, and impacts of bullying, while also offering a conceptual basis for systemic prevention strategies. This study uses qualitative methods with a literature review to explore the dynamics of the empathy paradox. The results show that bullying does not only arise because someone fails to manage their emotions, but also occurs because there is a system that allows for abusive and oppressive behavior. The most effective solution to overcome this problem is to create policies that do not tolerate bullying at all, strengthen a secure reporting system, implement empathetic leadership, and reform a healthy work culture. These steps are crucial to ensure that empathy is truly implemented, not only in the relationship between healthcare workers and patients but also in interactions among healthcare professionals

Abstract

German is one of the foreign languages ??studied in Indonesia, but listening skills (Hörverstehen) are often considered the most difficult part to master. This problem arises from the distinctive accents of native speakers, the high speaking speed, and the use of words not always found in textbooks. This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of German-language films can help improve students' listening skills. The method used was a review of five previous relevant studies. The review results indicate that German-language films can have a positive impact on improving listening skills. This can aid comprehension of the material, while expanding vocabulary and increasing enthusiasm for learning. Furthermore, films help create a more creative, enjoyable, and contextual learning environment. Thus, German-language films can be considered an effective learning tool, especially when used actively and appropriately to students' abilities.

Abstract

Pancasila berfungsi sebagai landasan negara sekaligus sistem nilai yang menjadi pedoman kehidupan sosial, kebangsaan, dan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia. Dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, nilai-nilai Pancasila memainkan peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa, membantu mereka mengembangkan integritas moral, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kesadaran kebangsaan. Namun, kemajuan globalisasi, transformasi digital, dan dinamika sosial generasi muda menghadirkan tantangan baru bagi proses internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan kampus dan kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan karakter mahasiswa di lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan tinjauan pustaka yang mengkaji berbagai artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, dan laporan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Pancasila dan pengembangan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi dapat direalisasikan melalui berbagai kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik, seperti proses pembelajaran, kegiatan organisasi mahasiswa, interaksi sosial antar mahasiswa, dan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Nilai-nilai toleransi, kerja sama, demokrasi, tanggung jawab sosial, dan keadilan sosial merupakan aspek krusial dalam pengembangan karakter mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan tinggi harus mengembangkan strategi pendidikan yang secara kontekstual mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila sehingga mahasiswa tidak hanya memahami Pancasila secara teoritis, tetapi juga menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
