Abstract

Politeknik Jambi merupakan satu-satunya Perguruan Tinggi Vokasi di Provinsi Jambi. Sebagai Perguruan Tinggi, Politeknik Jambi juga memiliki karyawan, dosen, dan staf yang membutuhkan pengelolaan data penggajian yang efektif dan efisien. Akan tetapi, sistem digunakan yang telah habis masa kontrak dan masih dalam pengembangan, akibatnya pegawai keuangan menghadapi kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data penggajian karyawan. Kelemahan ini mencakup tidak tersedianya fitur rekap laporan, cetak slip gaji, dan penggunaan database tradisional yang rentan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi payroll yang efektif dan efisien, serta mengimplementasikannya secara berbasis web di lingkungan Politeknik Jambi. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle. Hasilnya mencakup sistem informasi payroll yang meningkatkan efisiensi penanganan penggajian, implementasi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas data penggajian, dan harapan bahwa sistem ini akan memberikan kemudahan dalam kinerja pegawai Politeknik Jambi. Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem informasi payroll diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi penggajian dan aksesibilitas informasi.

Abstract

Abstract— Politeknik Jambi is the only Vocational College in the Province of Jambi. As an institution of higher education, Politeknik Jambi has employees, lecturers, and staff who require effective and efficient payroll data management. However, the current system in use has expired its contract and is still under development, resulting in financial staff facing difficulties in managing employee payroll data. This drawback includes the absence of features such as summary report availability, payroll slip printing, and the use of a traditional database that is vulnerable to data loss. This research aims to design and build an effective and efficient payroll information system, and implement it in a web-based environment at Politeknik Jambi. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation, with the Software Development Life Cycle approach. The results include a payroll information system that enhances the efficiency of payroll management, the implementation of a web-based system to improve accessibility to payroll data, and the expectation that this system will facilitate the work of Politeknik Jambi employees. Thus, the implementation of the payroll information system is expected to improve the effectiveness of payroll administration and information accessibility. Abstract

Abstract—Politeknik Jambi is a higher education institution in the province of Jambi, which employs staff, including faculty and administrative personnel. In performing their duties, administrative staff require objective and accurate performance evaluations. Performance evaluations are conducted through performance assessments to support the functional position of lecturers at Politeknik Jambi. However, the current practice still relies on Microsoft Excel, posing limitations with database facilities that slow down the search for employee performance data and increase the potential for errors. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based Performance Appraisal Information System (SKP) for the functional position of lecturers Politeknik Jambi. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation, utilizing the Software Development Life Cycle approach. The results show that the system's implementation successfully overcomes the limitations of Microsoft Excel, improves the accuracy of performance assessment recordings, and supports transparency through efficient report generation. The implementation of the SKP Information System is expected to enhance lecturer performance and the effectiveness of performance assessment management at Politeknik Jambi . Abstrak— Politeknik Jambi adalah lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Provinsi Jambi, yang memiliki karyawan, termasuk dosen dan pegawai administratif. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, pegawai administratif memerlukan evaluasi kinerja yang objektif dan akurat. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan penilaian kinerja untuk menunjang jabatan fungsional Dosen Politeknik Jambi. Namun, saat ini kegiatan tersebut masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dengan kendala keterbatasan fasilitas database yang memperlambat pencarian data kinerja dan meningkatkan potensi kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang Sistem Informasi Penilaian Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) Berbasis Web untuk Jabatan Fungsional Dosen Politeknik Jambi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle. Hasilnya menunjukkan implementasi sistem berhasil mengatasi keterbatasan Microsoft Excel, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan penilaian kinerja, dan mendukung transparansi melalui pembuatan laporan yang efisien. Penerapan Sistem Informasi SKP diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen dan efektivitas pengelolaan penilaian kinerja di Politeknik Jambi. Abstract

Poljamshop is an information system that is used to market products at the Jambi Polytechnic and also collaborating partners.Currently there are only sales through the website and few visitors because they are not known to the public, so sales are stillpersonal through mouth to mouth promotions or social media promotions. With this, e-commerce to help Poljamshop increasecustomer satisfaction to choose or order a product at Poljamshop. This application is made by developing a system using the waterfall method, the tools used to describe the model of this application system are Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Abstract

Politeknik Jambi is the only vocational college in Jambi Province. The process of collecting inventory assets is not optimal when searching for data because there is no calculation of depreciation on inventory assets that are still manual. With that in order to be optimal, it is recommended to use an inventory asset depreciation accounting system. The purpose of this inventory asset depreciation accounting system is to overcome problems that arise in the current system at the Politeknik Jambi and to be a good solution for universities to create a faster and more accurate system in managing inventory assets. Methods of data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, documentation and analysis of the system used by the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the savings and loan accounting information system that runs on PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and to design a savings and credit accounting information system at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero).  The analytical tool used is covering system analysis, which then proceed to the system design stage using flowcharts and DFD. Based on the results of the study the authors found that the system that is run by the cooperative still has shortcomings and weaknesses in terms of member data collection procedures to the transactions carried out, the recording of loan transactions, and the reports produced.

Abstract

Inventory accounting information system is the main and most important information system in carrying out the activities of calculating an inventory in an organization, this research is intended as the development of an inventory accounting information system that aims to facilitate users in processing inventory accounting data. This study aims to analyze the information system of consumable inventory at Jambi Polytechnic. In this research, data collection techniques used include interviews, and literature studies. From the results of the analysis that has been done at the Jambi Polytechnic, it has used an information system, but it is still not effective in the management of consumables. This can be seen from the merging of one information system to process various data assets, inventory, and inventory of consumable goods themselves, and the program system used is inadequate to make reports of consumable inventory by utilizing the theory of inventory accounting standards. The development method is carried out using the System Development Life Cycle method and the Waterfall model which is a development model tends not to change. Based on the results of the study, the authors developed an inventory accounting information system that can be accessed by users so as to facilitate data processing and minimize the use of time and output reports in the form of inventory cards with the First In First Out and Last In First Out methods as the basis for using inventory accounting theory.

Abstract

Accura Production is a small or medium enterprise (SME) engaged in printing, digital printing and convection. This company determines the selling price of products based on estimates, so the selling price of the product may be too high or low because currently the cost of goods calculation does not cover all cost elements incurred in production costs. The purpose of this research is to design a system for determining the cost of goods manufactured in accordance with cost accounting standards. The data collection method was done by interview, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses the Waterfall system development method and the determination of the cost of production uses the full costing method. Programming language using PHP and database using MySQL, and system design using DFD. The result of this research is that there is a system currently being developed which is useful to reduce the occurrence of production cost calculation errors because the system designed will display all elements of production costs so that it is monitored more quickly, accurately, and in detail.

Abstract

Inventories can be interpreted as goods that are stored and used or sold in the future or period to come. Inventory must be determined first before the sale is made so that the company must determine the optimal amount of merchandise inventory so that the number of purchases can reach the minimum purchase amount. To achieve the effectiveness of modern inventory supplies, universities or colleges must make changes that can encourage activity towards inventory and cost efficiency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the total cost of inventory and make it easier to record inventory using a web-based application in PHP, and a MySQL database.

Abstract

Yuwa Motoe Workshop is a company engaged in the sale of services and spare parts. Such as car washing, car service, and sales of car equipment and others. The process of data collection of incoming goods and goods out of stock inventory when searching for goods data is still using the manual method. Therefore, this system is expected to help make it easier to record inventory of goods entering goods out of the business of selling services and spare parts. Given the importance of collecting and storing data from each of these sales activities, this accounting information system only requires an internet network to access it. This system is expected to help the Yuwa Motor Workshop business in recording inventory. The result of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system for incoming and outgoing goods. Provides convenience in providing information on inventory data through incoming goods and outgoing goods using data flow diagrams, DFD, ERD and MySQL for data processing
