Abstract

Some factors influencing a pregnant mother’s anxiety in preparing for birthing include environment, depressed emotion, physical factors, age, knowledge/experience. Medical condition, education level, occupation, and personality of each individual. An interview result to 7 pregnant mothers with anxiety showed that 2 mothers had junior high school education level, 1 mother was unemployed, 2 mothers were primigravida, and 2 mothers were at 19 and 20 years old. The objective of this research was to find out the factors related to maternal anxiety in preparing birthing in Roli Yantina, Amd. Keb midwifery clinic in Negeri Katon of Pesawaran district in 2020.   This was a quantitative analytic correlational research by using cross sectional approach. Population was 38 pregnant mothers at trimester III visiting Roli Yantina, Amd.Keb midwifery clinic in Negri Katon of Pesawaran district from January to June 2020. 34 respondent samples were taken by using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed by using chi square test.  The research result showed that there were significant correlations of age (p-value 0.042 < 0.05), education level (p-value 0.011 < 0.05), occupation (p-value 0.017 < 0.05), and parity (p-value 0.040 < 0.50) to maternal anxiety in preparing birthing in Roli Yantina, Amd. Keb midwifery clinic. The researcher expects pregnant mothers to be more routine visiting antenatal care and to maintain healthy life style by joining exercising for pregnant mothers, consuming vegetables and fruits to have good birthing process.Keywords                      : factors related to anxiety ABSTRAK : FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KECEMASAN IBU DALAM MENGHADAPI PERSALINAN DI BPS ROLI YANTINA, Amd.Keb NEGERI KATON KABUPATEN PESAWARAN TAHUN 2020 Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan adalah lingkungan, emosi yang ditekan, sebab-sebab fisik, usia, pengetahuan/pengalaman, kondisi medis, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi, pekerjaa, dan kepribadian masing-masing individu.Berdasarkan wawancara kepada 7 ibu yang mengalami cemas, diketahui, 2 ibu mempunyai pendidikan SMP, 1 ibu tidak bekerja, 2 ibu merupakan primigravida dan 2 ibu berusia 19 dan 20 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kecemasan Ibu (umur, paritas, pekerjaan, dan pendidikan) Dalam Menghadapi Persalinan di BPS Roli Yantina, Amd.Keb Negri Katon Pesawaran Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dan rancangan analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah rata-rata ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung di BPS Roli Yantina, Amd.Keb Negri Katon Pesawaran. setiap bulannya dari bulan januari-juni 2020 sebanyak 38 orang ibu hamil dengan jumlah sample berjumlah 34 ibu hamil. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik sample accidental sampling dan menggunakan analisis data uji Chi-square. hasil penelitian faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecemasan ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan di BPS Roli Yantina Amd,Keb yaitu faktor usia p-value: 0,042<0,05 pendidikan p-value:0,011<0,05 pekerjaan              p-value:0,017<0,05 paritas p-value:0,040<0,05, dari keempat faktor diatas memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Abstract

Anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester is a psychological problem that often occurs before childbirth. High levels of anxiety can have a negative impact on the condition of the mother and fetus. Prenatal yoga is a non-pharmacological intervention that has been proven effective in reducing anxiety during pregnancy.This study aims to determine the relationship between prenatal yoga and anxiety levels in pregnant women in their third trimester at TPMB Tri Imawati SST., Bdn Metro City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 20 pregnant women in their third trimester who were selected using  accidental  sampling.  Data  were  collected  using  the  Prenatal  Anxiety  Screening  Scale  (PASS) questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test.The results showed that of the 10 pregnant women who participated in prenatal yoga, the majority experienced mild anxiety and none experienced anxiety. In contrast, of the 10 pregnant women who did not participate in prenatal yoga, all experienced severe anxiety. The analysis results showed a significant relationship between prenatal yoga and anxiety levels (p < 0.05).There is a significant relationship between prenatal yoga and anxiety levels in pregnant women in their third trimester. Prenatal yoga can be used as an alternative intervention to reduce anxiety before childbirth. Keywords: Prenatal yoga, anxiety, pregnant women, third trimester ABSTRAK Kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III merupakan permasalahan psikologis yang sering terjadi menjelang persalinan. Tingkat kecemasan yang tinggi dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kondisi ibu dan janin. Prenatal yoga merupakan intervensi non- farmakologis yang terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan selama kehamilan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara prenatal yoga terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil  trimester  III  di  TPMB  Tri  Imawati  SST.,  Bdn  Kota  Metro.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan kuantitatif  dengan  desain  cross-  sectional.  Sampel  terdiri  dari  20  ibu  hamil  trimester  III  yang  dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Prenatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 ibu hamil yang mengikuti prenatal yoga, mayoritas mengalami kecemasan ringan dan tidak ada kecemasan. Sebaliknya, dari 10 ibu hamil yang tidak mengikuti prenatal yoga, seluruhnya mengalami kecemasan berat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan  antara prenatal yoga dengan tingkat kecemasan (p < 0,05).Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara prenatal yoga dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition when the blood flows with higher pressure compared with the normal rate through the blood pressure. Based on the medical record at Seputih Mataram Health Center of Lampung Tengah Regency in 2017, hypertension placed the fifth position out of ten most common diseases happening on 1,513 male patients and 1,342 female patients; 2,856 people in total. On the following year, on January 2018, hypertension got the fourth position of ten most common diseases which happened on  52 male and 195 female patients; 247 patients in total. The management of hypertension can be done through pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies. The non-pharmacologic therapy or complementary therapy can be done through consuming watermelon juice as the prevention and medication. The objective of this study was to identify the effect of watermelon juice consumption toward  blood pressure decrease on hypertensive elder patients at Seputih Mataram Health Center of Lampung Tengah Regency in 2019. This was a quantitative study with quasi experiment design. The population of this study consisted of the whole elder people with hypertension complaint registered at Seputih Mataram Health Center of Lampung Tengah Regency amounting to 52 people. The samples were 30 after doing purposive sampling technique. The data collection was observational sheets. The data analysis was through T-Dependent. The result of the study revealed that the frequency distribution average of the blood pressure before consuming watermelon juice was 148 mmHg with 7.88 Standard Deviation, the systole was 150 – 160 mmHg and the diastole was 90 – 100. The distribution frequency average of the blood pressure after consuming watermelon juice was 129 mmHg with 5.09 Standard Deviation, the systole was 120 – 150 and the diastole was 90 – 100. There was an effect of watermelon juice consumption toward blood pressure decrease on hypertensive elder people (p value 0.000 < 0.05). The elder people with hypertension problem should consume watermelon juice in order to control their blood pressure without using pharmacologic medication due to the side effect. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menstruasi adalah keluarnya darah dan sel-sel tubuh secara berkala dari vagina, yang berasal dari lapisan rahim pada wanita. Dampak dismenore pada wanita meliputi kelemahan fisik, mobilitas berkurang, dan stres. Berbagai faktor risiko dapat menyebabkan peningkatan keparahan dismenore, termasuk usia, riwayat keluarga dismenore, menarche dini, dan indeks massa tubuh.Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan nyeri menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMK Ma’arif Nu 6 Sekampung, Kabupaten Lampung Timur.Metode: Penelitian analitik ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh remaja putri yang mengalami nyeri haid, berjumlah 161 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Ma’arif Nu 6 Sekampung, Kabupaten Lampung Timur, pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat (uji chi square).Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sebanyak 66 responden (57,4%) memiliki status gizi baik, sebanyak 58 responden (50,4%) mengalami menarche pada usia < 12 tahun, sebanyak 99 responden (86,1%) tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga dismenore, dan sebanyak 62 responden (53,9%) mengalami nyeri haid.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi (p-value = 0,001), usia menarche (p-value = 0,001), dan riwayat keluarga (p-value = 0,008) dengan kejadian nyeri haid pada remaja putri di SMK Ma’arif Nu 6 Sekampung Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Disarankan kepada remaja agar mengatur pola makannya untuk mencapai berat badan ideal dan memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya nyeri haid. Kata kunci : Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan nyeri haid dan remaja ABSTRACT  Background: Menstruation refers to the periodic discharge of blood and body cells from the vagina, originating from the uterine lining in women. The impact of dysmenorrhea on women includes physical weakness, reduced mobility, and stress. Various risk factors can lead to an increase in the severity of dysmenorrhea, including age, family history of dysmenorrhea, early menarche, and body mass index.Objective: To identify the factors associated with menstrual pain in female adolescents at SMK Ma’arif Nu 6 Sekampung, East Lampung Regency.Methods: This analytical study employed a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all adolescent girls experiencing menstrual pain, totaling 161 individuals, with a sample size of 115 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The research was conducted at SMK Ma’arif Nu 6 Sekampung, East Lampung Regency, from May to June 2024. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square test).Results: The study found that 66 respondents (57.4%) had good nutritional status, 58 respondents (50.4%) had menarche at age < 12 years, 99 respondents (86.1%) had no family history of dysmenorrhea, and 62 respondents (53.9%) experienced menstrual pain.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutritional status (p-value = 0.001), age at menarche (p-value = 0.001), and family history (p-value = 0.008) with the occurrence of menstrual pain in adolescents girls at SMK Ma’arif Nu 6 Sekampung, East Lampung Regency. It is recommended that adolescents manage their diet to achieve an ideal body weight and understand the factors that can cause menstrual pain. Keywords  : Factors associated with menstrual pain and adolescents

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menyusui mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi ibu dan bayi. Beberapa manfaat ASI bagi bayi adalah mencegah terjadinya gizi buruk, tumbuh kembang bayi sangat ditentukan oleh banyaknya ASI yang diperoleh termasuk energi dan zat gizi lain yang terkandung dalam ASI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai pada ibu nifas terhadap kecukupan ASI di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulak Rengas Tahun 2023.Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Susu Kedelai pada ibu nifas terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi baru lahir di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulak Rengas Tahun 2023.Metode Penelitian : ini menggunakan metode penelitian quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one Group Pretest and Postest Design, kelompok intervensi diberikan susu kedelai selama 14 hari, dengan populasi seluruh ibu nifas di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Ulak Rengas yaitu 38 orang dengan purposive teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan inklusi yaitu 15 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dengan uji normalitas Shapiro wilk dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel.Hasil penelitian: diketahui nilai mean skor peningkatan berat badan bayi sebelum pemberian susu kedelai pada ibu nifas adalah 3077 dan meningkat menjadi 3633 (nilai mean setelah perlakuan). Diketahui nilai t-hitung sebesar 21 dengan probabilitas (sig.) 0,000. karena probabilitas (sig.) 0,000 > 0,005 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya pemberian susu kedelai pada ibu nifas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi baru lahir di UPTD Puskesmas Ulak Rengas tahun 2023. Saran diharapkan dapat memberikan susu kedelai pada ibu nifas sebagai alternatif non farmakologi dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan berat badan bayi baru lahir. menambah berat badan bayi. Kata kunci. : Susu kedelai pada ibu nifas, meningkatkan pertambahan berat badan bayi ABSTRACT  Background:  Breastfeeding has many benefits for mothers and babies. Some of the benefits of breast milk for babies are preventing malnutrition, the growth and development of babies is largely determined by the amount of breast milk obtained including energy and other nutrients contained in breast milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving soy milk to postpartum mothers on the adequacy of breast milk in the work area of UPTD Ulak Rengas Health Center in 2023.Research Objective: The purpose of knowing the effect of giving Soy Milk to postpartum mothers on the increase in newborn weight in the work area of the UPTD Ulak Rengas Health Center in 2023.Research Methods: this uses a quasi experiment research method. This research design uses a pre-experimental design with a one Group Pretest and Postest Design approach, the intervention group is given soy milk for 14 days, with a population of all postpartum women in the UPTD Puskesmas Ulak Rengas area, namely 38 people with purposive sampling technique based on inclusion, namely 15 respondents. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis, bivariate, with Shapiro wilk normality test and presented in tabular form.The results of the study: it is known that the mean value of the score of increasing baby weight before giving soy milk to postpartum mothers is 3077 and increased to 3633 (mean value after treatment). It is known that the t-count value is 21 with a probability (sig.) 0.000. because the probability (sig.) 0.000> 0.005 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion that the provision of soy milk to postpartum mothers has a significant effect on increasing the weight of newborns at the UPTD Puskesmas Ulak Rengas in 2023. Suggestions are expected to give soy milk to postpartum mothers as a non-pharmacological alternative in an effort to increase baby weight. Keywords : Soy milk in postpartum mothers, increased infant weight gain
