Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan tujuan Pendidikan Nasional, diperlukan guru profesional yang menguasai kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Untuk dapat menguasai empat kompetensi tersebut, guru perlu meningkatkan tingkat pendidikannya, aktif mengikuti pelatihan, dan menjadikan pengalaman mengajar sebagai guru yang terbaik. Penelitian yang dilakukan difokuskan pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui pnedidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar di SD Bandung Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar sangat signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar di SDN 135 Turangga dan SDN Arafah dan seberapa besar dampak pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar tersebut terhadap profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar di SDN 135 Turangga dan SDN Arafah, untuk mengetahui cara kepala sekolah dalam meningkatan profesionalisme guru, strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan solusi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Kajian teori yang menjadi landasan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas landasan teologis dan landasan teoritis dan diakhiri dengan dengan kajian penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan penelitian, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Guru yang mempunyai kinerja yang bagus mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap proses belajar mengajar disekolah. Guru yang memiliki kinerja yang baik dapat membuat suasana belajar di kelas menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan menarik dengan mengkombinasikan antara media dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how students make mistakes when attempting to solve equality and inequality problems in trigonometry and algebra using the Newman method. A qualitative descriptive research methodology is employed in this study. Students enrolled in Manado State University's 2023–2024 Mathematics Education Study Program during their first semester served as the research subjects. Test and interview techniques are used in data collection. Three steps made up the data analysis in this study: reduction, data display, and data verification. Data analysis utilizing the Newman approach yielded the following conclusions: 5.6% encoding errors, 4.8% reading errors, 12% comprehension errors, 8.4% transformation errors, and 18.8% process skill errors were made when solving equation and inequality problems. The inability of pupils to comprehend the concept of the subject being explained, their lack of willingness to study, and their carelessness when reading and completing questions are the causes contributing to these blunders.

Abstract

This study aims to describe ethnomathematics in the traditional games of the Aloindonu community and to find out how to integrate ethnomathematics in traditional games in mathematics learning in Aloindonu, Alor Regency. This research is very important to be carried out so that the generation in Aloindonu village does not forget traditional games which are local cultural heritage caused by modernization. This study uses a field research method approach or field research. The presence of the author as the main instrument in conducting observations in the village of Alila Selatan, the main objective is to observe and document the types of traditional games that are still played by children directly. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that traditional games such as Tibo' Afele (wood pry) contain elements of calculation, comparison, measurement and geometry. Hey Do' (jump rope) contains the concept of pattern measurement, geometry and calculation. Do' (senje) contains elements of measurement, pattern, and measurement. Gundu/marbles (Kuti Pot) contain aspects of counting, patterns, measurement, and geometry. And bekel balls (Loga) contain elements of calculation, patterns, measurement, and geometry. The results of this finding explain that traditional games found in Aloindonu village have relevant potential. In order to be used as an effective learning medium, this approach aims to make mathematical concepts more real and significant for students, while supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum which emphasizes environment-based learning and the preservation of local wisdom.
