Abstract

Abstract The low level of digital skills among MSME players is a challenge in facing the current era of digital transformation. The purpose of this research is to find out about how human resource development in improving the digital skills of assisted MSME players at PLUT KUMKM Cianjur. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis to find out and identify aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the process of developing human resources in improving digital skills. The results found in this study indicate that PLUT KUMKM Cianjur must use more optimal and sustainable training and education methods in terms of efforts to improve the digital skills of MSME actors. However, there are still obstacles including the low level of digital literacy of MSME actors, budget constraints and the availability of existing infrastructure. Based on the results in the SWOT analysis, it is found that PLUT KUMKM Cianjur is still lacking in making efforts to develop human resources in improving the digital skills of assisted MSME players, where based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS calculations, it is found that PLUT's position is in quadrant II with an X coordinate value of 1.09 and a Y coordinate of -0.59, which indicates that PLUT has good strengths but is faced with considerable challenges. Therefore, the recommended strategy is to use a diversification strategy, which means that with these severe challenges, it is hoped that the organization will be able to implement various strategies in order to anticipate threats or challenges in efforts to improve the digital skills of assisted MSME actors. Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan elemen kunci dalam mewujudkan visi Indonesia Emas 2045 yang berfokus pada pembangunan sumber daya manusia (SDM) unggul dan berdaya saing global. Artikel ini mengkaji pentingnya orkestrasi SDM melalui komunikasi digital yang efektif dan terintegrasi sebagai fondasi utama pembangunan nasional. Orkestrasi SDM mencakup penyelarasan visi, penguatan kolaborasi lintas sektor, serta optimalisasi potensi individu dan organisasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pendekatan ini menuntut penguatan literasi digital, kepemimpinan transformasional, serta kebijakan strategis yang mendukung ekosistem digital inklusif. Melalui metode studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi digital bukan hanya alat penyampaian informasi, tetapi juga instrumen strategis untuk membangun sinergi nasional dalam mempersiapkan generasi emas Indonesia. Rekomendasi kebijakan difokuskan pada pengembangan kapasitas SDM digital, penguatan infrastruktur komunikasi, serta pembentukan budaya kolaboratif yang adaptif terhadap disrupsi teknologi.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the leadership capacity and communication skills of mosque youth in Karyamekar Village, Garut Regency, West Java. As the younger generation with a strategic role in social and religious development, mosque youth are expected to emerge as communicative, inspiring, and articulate agents of change. However, this significant potential has not been fully supported by adequate training in leadership and communication. Through this training, the implementing team will provide materials and direct mentoring to the participants, who are members of the village's mosque youth. The activity is designed as a two-day participatory training that encompasses theory and practice, using methods such as interactive lectures, group discussions, role-plays, public speaking simulations, and leadership case studies. The core materials in this training include: leadership fundamentals, leadership types, effective communication techniques, public speaking skills, and strategies for managing religious organizations or activities. Furthermore, the training will highlight ethical values, social responsibility, and the role of youth in strengthening Islamic values ​​in society. It is hoped that after participating in this program, participants will significantly improve their self-confidence, leadership skills, and communication skills, which can be applied to organizational life, mosque activities, and community social life. This program is also expected to serve as a starting point for developing young cadres ready to become future leaders, both within the mosque and in the village community at large.
