Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Interest Margin (NIM) terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROA diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -1,056803 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,2985, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. ROE diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,295683 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0284, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. NIM diperoleh nilai thitung -2,409883 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0219, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa NIM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan secara simultan ROA, ROE dan NIM diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 2,698385 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,062207, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ROA, ROE dan NIM tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the leadership capacity and communication skills of mosque youth in Karyamekar Village, Garut Regency, West Java. As the younger generation with a strategic role in social and religious development, mosque youth are expected to emerge as communicative, inspiring, and articulate agents of change. However, this significant potential has not been fully supported by adequate training in leadership and communication. Through this training, the implementing team will provide materials and direct mentoring to the participants, who are members of the village's mosque youth. The activity is designed as a two-day participatory training that encompasses theory and practice, using methods such as interactive lectures, group discussions, role-plays, public speaking simulations, and leadership case studies. The core materials in this training include: leadership fundamentals, leadership types, effective communication techniques, public speaking skills, and strategies for managing religious organizations or activities. Furthermore, the training will highlight ethical values, social responsibility, and the role of youth in strengthening Islamic values ​​in society. It is hoped that after participating in this program, participants will significantly improve their self-confidence, leadership skills, and communication skills, which can be applied to organizational life, mosque activities, and community social life. This program is also expected to serve as a starting point for developing young cadres ready to become future leaders, both within the mosque and in the village community at large.

Abstract

Performance is a fundamental aspect in evaluating work planning that has been implemented over a certain period. As a measure of a company's success, performance can provide strategic policy recommendations in the formulation of the next work plan. This study aims to understand the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry of Purwakarta Regency. The research method used is descriptive verification through multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 employees from the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry of Purwakarta Regency, using a stratified random sampling method. The results indicate that work motivation and organizational culture positively affect employee performance, with work motivation contributing the most to improved employee performance over a certain period. The overall influence of the variables is 79.2%.
