Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligent (AI) berdampak secara langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran. Tidak sedikit pendidik yang kewalahan dalam menghadapi gempuran teknologi ini dimana siswa lebih cepat menangkap perkembangan teknologi. Dibutuhkan kemudahan, efisien dan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi Artificial Intelligent (AI). Peran teknologi AI yang sangat kuat, positif dan kontruktif untuk mendukung kemajuan pendidikan, peningkatan motivasi, dan minat belajar siswa. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) ini untuk menggali permasalahan dan kebutuhan para guru dan siswa dalam penggunakaan aplikasi pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan artificial intelligent. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah dengan FGD dan presentasi secara langsung oleh ketua tim dilanjutkan dengan diskusi interaktif dengan seluruh peserta kegiatan. Sosialisasi diikuti oleh guru, kepala sekolah, pengelola sekolah (Yayasan), dosen dan mahasiswa yang berjumlah 26 peserta. Hasil FGD berupa pemetaan permasalahan dan kebutuhan user dalam pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan ini digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis artificial intelligent yang mudah dan inovatif. Hasil FGD menyatakan bahwa semua peserta menyetujui teknologi AI dapat membantu guru dan mempermudah pembelajaran bagi siswa. Dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI dibutuhkan kebijakan dan regulasi agar teknologi AI tidak disalahgunakan  untuk hal-hal yang melanggar etika akademik. AI harus dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif, dan menarik.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in education is unavoidable and undeniable. It is a tool that can help teachers and students generate creative and innovative ideas. However, this does not mean that every school is adopting AI technology for various reasons, including teacher concerns about student dependency if continuously using AI. Learning becomes biased and it is impossible to determine whether students' personal results or AI results are the result, so many teachers are still reluctant to use AI. The aging of teachers and poor internet network infrastructure in some schools are among the factors that hinder the use of AI for learning. The purpose of utilizing this AI-integrated learning web application is to assist teachers and students in interactive learning with AI technology so that student engagement in learning continues to increase. The method used in this activity was an interview method with domain experts and potential users. To obtain direct data, focus group discussions (FGDs) and several sharing sessions were conducted through interactive discussions with several teachers, students, and school administrators. In addition, to support this activity, system trials and validation were conducted with teachers and students. The result of this activity is an interactive learning platform named InsanAI. This learning web application will be implemented in several schools and universities, while maintaining academic ethics. It is also hoped that this activity will provide teachers and school administrators with an understanding of the ease and benefits of using AI technology and help students increase their engagement in learning.

Abstract

Sales of glasses including lenses, cleaning fluids, frames and other supporting products are still carried out conventionally and prospective buyers must come directly to the store. Sales reporting is also still done by recording the results of sales notes in the ledger resulting in frequent recording errors. Current reports cannot be done in real time so they are less efficient and effective. Sales are done by word of mouth and by using WhatsApp status updates with limited reach. An online or digital eyeglass sales system is needed at Optic XYZ so that the reach is wider, buyers do not have to come and reports are fast, precise and accurate and real time. System development using prototype and website-based methods. In order to ensure that the system can be implemented properly and without obstacles, a trial was carried out using the black box testing method involving users in testing. The system was built to overcome sales and reporting problems so that with this sales system it can help buyers and admins and optic parties in sales and reporting. After the system is implemented, in the future a mobile-based eyeglass sales system will be developed at Optic XYZ so that the system continues to develop and follows the latest technological advances.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya sekolah di Kabupaten Tangerang yang belum memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligent (AI) untuk pembelajaran. Implementasi metode konvensional masih diterapkan di banyak sekolah sehingga keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, personalisasi dan konten yang menarik belum bisa dicapai secara maksimal. Perlu adanya aplikasi pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan AI untuk pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode yang diguanakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan diskusi interaktif antara peserta yang dipimpin langsung oleh ketua tim. Kegiatan berlangsung selama satu hari yang diikuti oleh 8 orang dimana 4 peserta secara daring dan 4 peserta secara luring. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan kesepakatan platform dan tool yang akan digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan AI. Kegiatan ini sebagai tindak lanjut dari kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang telah dilakukan beberapa hari sebelumnya. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat membantu tim dalam membangun aplikasi pembelajaran yang akan digunakan oleh sekolah di Kabupaten Tangerang

Abstract

Problems faced by students in learning include boredom and monotony with conventional learning methods. Some schools have not yet utilized AI technology due to several factors, including the lack of a stable internet connection, teachers' concerns about AI technology causing student dependency, and low literacy regarding AI technology. The purpose of testing this AI-integrated learning application was to ensure that the application could be used by users without any problems. The method used in this activity was a hands-on practice using the Insan AI application by teachers and students. The results of the practice identified several things that needed to be improved, both technically, in terms of feature suitability and application reliability. This activity is expected to help the development team in ensuring that the application has no significant problems and is ready for use by users. It is hoped that this activity will soon be available for use by teachers and students in Tangerang Regency
