Abstract

Puskesmas adalah pusat pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perorangan tingkat pertama dan menitikberatkan pada upaya promotif dan preventif di wilayah kerjanya. Puskesmas dianggap melakukan pelayanan yang baik apabila memperhatikan kepuasan pasien. Pasien akan merasa puas apabila kinerja pelayanan kesehatan yang diperoleh sama atau melebihi harapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2023. Dengan jumlah populasi 860 responden dengan sampel 90 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Touluaan pada dimensi reliability sangat memuaskan dengan skor gap 1,20, dimensi responsiviness sangat memuaskan dengan skor gap 0,10, dimensi assurance kurang memuaskan dengan skor gap -0,71, dimensi emphaty sangat memuaskan dengan skor gap 0,02, dimensi tangible kurang memuaskan dengan skor gap -0,97. Untuk itu Puskesmas Touluaan perlu mempertahankan kepuasan pasien pada dimensi reliability, responsiviness, dan emphaty. Serta meningkatan kepuasan pasien pada dimensi assurance dan tangible.  Kata kunci: kepuasan pasien, pelayanan kesehatan, SERVQUAL ABSTRACT Puskesmas is a health service center that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts and focuses on promotive and preventive efforts in its working area. Puskesmas is considered to provide good service if it pays attention to patient satisfaction. Patients will feel satisfied if the health service performance obtained is the same or exceeds their expectations. This study uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach conducted in January 2023. With a population of 860 respondents with a sample of 90 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the quality of service at the Touluaan Health Center in the reliability dimension was very satisfying with a gap score of 1.20, the responsiveness dimension was very satisfying with a gap score of 0.10, the assurance dimension was less satisfying with a gap score of -0.71, the empathy dimension was very satisfying with a gap score of 0.02, the tangible dimension was less satisfying with a gap score of -0.97. For that, Touluaan Health Center needs to maintain patient satisfaction in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy. Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan adalah upaya pelayanan kesehatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan seseorang di bidang kesehatan khususnya dalam memelihara dan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatn pelayanaan kesehatan oleh peserta JKN di desa Kaayuran Bawah. Metode Peneltian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang diteliti yaitu sebanyak 88 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan cara univariat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan baik 74 responden (84,1%), responden yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan sebanyak 70 orang (80%), responden yang menyatakaan sikap petugas kesehatan yang sesuai 70 responden (79,5%), dan aksesbilitas yang menyatakan mudah sebanyak 66 responden (75%). Kesimpulan : tingkat penegetahuan responden tentang JKN baik, Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan baik, sikap petugas kesehatan baik dan aksesbilitas baik Kata kunci: Aksesbilitas; Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan; Pengetahuan; Sikap Petugas Kesehatan ABSTRACT Health services are health service efforts in meeting a person's needs in the health sector, especially in maintaining and improving health status .The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that influence the utilization of health services by JKN participants in Kaayuran Bawah village. This research method uses a type of quantitative method with a descriptive research design. The sample studied was 88 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using univariate. The results showed that 74 respondents (84.1%) had a good level of knowledge, 70 respondents (80%) used health services, 70 respondents (79.5%) stated that the attitude of health workers was appropriate, and accessibility stated that it was easy as many as 66 respondents (75%). Conclusion: the level of knowledge of respondents about JKN is good, the utilization of health services is good, the attitude of health workers is good and accessibility is good. Abstract

Elderly Age is the final stage of the aging process. The elderly are individuals aged 60 and above. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude with the utilization of elderly health services at the Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) in Lembang Paonganan, Buntu Pepasan District. This research employs an observational analysis approach with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 53 people was selected using stratified random sampling. The independent variables in this study are knowledge and attitude, while the dependent variable is the utilization of elderly health services at the Posyandu. Based on the chi-square test results, there is a relationship between knowledge (p=0.020) and attitude (p=0.000) with the utilization of elderly health services at the Posyandu, with a significance level of α=0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude with the utilization of Posyandu services in Lembang Paonganan, Buntu Pepasan.

Abstract

In 2023, Puskesmas Amurang recorded 32 cases of dengue fever, but from the beginning of 2024 until June, the number of cases increased to 63, with 1 death due to dengue fever. However, the increase in the incidence of dengue fever indicates that there are issues in the process of optimizing the implementation of dengue prevention efforts. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards dengue fever prevention behaviors in the community within the working area of the Amurang Timur Health Center. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample used in this study consisted of 98 respondents. The data collection technique used primary and secondary data. The research results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge and DBD prevention behavior in the community within the working area of Puskesmas Amurang Timur, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and there is a relationship between attitude and DBD prevention behavior in the community within the working area of Puskesmas Amurang Timur, with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Final Waste Disposal Site is a place to process and return waste to environmental media in a safe manner for humans and the environment. The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the impact of final waste disposal sites on health problems in the community of Sumompo Village, Manado City in 2024. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. This type of research will produce discoveries that cannot be achieved using statistical processes. . The sample for this research consisted of 8 people using observation, interview and documentation data collection. The results of the research show that the impact of the existence of this landfill is very influential for people who live far and near, both ordinary people and people who work as waste workers/scavenger workers because it can affect health, causing the most common health impact found to be upper respiratory tract infections (ARI) and various diseases such as coughing, itching, shortness of breath and diarrhea. The conclusion is that there are people who feel disturbed when carrying out activities, there are people who accept and do not accept it, and there are changes in lifestyle and there are health problems experienced by people.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure in the body is too high. This excessive pressure gradually damages blood vessels, thereby disrupting blood flow throughout the body. Many factors contribute to hypertension, including smoking and alcohol consumption. Tounelet is a village in a district where most of the community has excessive smoking and alcohol consumption habits. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between smoking habits and alcohol consumption with hypertension cases in the community of Tounelet village. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study showed that 71% of respondents had a smoking habit and 74% consumed alcohol. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between smoking habits and hypertension in the community of Tounelet village with a p-value obtained from the chi-square test of 0.000, and there is a significant relationship between alcohol consumption and hypertension cases in the community of Tounelet village with a p-value obtained from the chi-square test of 0.000.

Abstract

Backgroud Analysis of Waste Management conducted by the Department of Environment and land Service (DPLH) is an important aspect in maintaining a clean and sustainable evironment.Good waste management helps reduce negative impacts on the analysis of waste management of the nenivormental and land services of he SITARO islands Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Research informants consisted of the Head of the service, Pollution nd Environmental Damage Control Section, Waste Management Division,B3 Waste and Pollution Control, Waste Officers, residents. The results of the study concluded that the Environmental and Land Service of the SITARO Islands Regency at the stage of waste sorting, waste collection, wasteTransportation, snd waste management were not carried oud properly for the community in the context of waste management of the Envioronmental and Land Service of the SITARO Regency.it has shown its role in mnaging waste so that it can be further processed and provide benefits to the environment, but in waste transprtation it has not been carried out properly because of the lack of mobility in waste transportation, therefore the head of the Service plans to increase the mobility of waste collectors.
