Abstract

Latar belakang: Kurangnya sikap orang tua dalam mengajar anak membuat anak tidak mandiri terutama di lingkungan sosial. Orang tua sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan psikososial anak. Perkembangan psikososial adalah perkembangan yang berkaitan dengan emosi, motivasi dan pengembangan pribadi manusia dan perubahan dalam bagaimana individu berhubungan dengan orang lain. Hubungan dekat antara anak-anak dan orang tua akan membentuk karakter dan kepribadian anak secara keseluruhan, sehingga anak akan siap berada di lingkungan sosial. Peran orang tua dalam perkembangan psikososial pada anak akan membantu anak dalam membentuk karakter untuk menghadapi tantangan sosial di masa depan. Metode: Sistem yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan mencari basis data elektronik, mencari jurnal menggunakan Google Schoolar dengan kata kunci "pengembangan psikososial pada anak usia pra sekolah" yang jumlah jurnalnya 1, tetapi ada 20 jurnal pendukung yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber termasuk Google Schoolar dan scopus dengan memberikan hasil yang menekan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh peran orang tua terhadap perkembangan psikososial anak usia pra sekolah. Hasil: Peran orang tua memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan psikososial anak

Abstract

Premature rupture of membranes is a condition where the amniotic sac ruptures early before delivery or when the gestational age has not reached 37 weeks. The aim of this study was todetermine the relationship between the incidence of premature rupture of membranes and the level of anxiety among mothers giving birth in the Kumbe Community Health Center working area in 2023. The design of this study was correlational analysis with a cross-sectional time approach. The sample in this study was 30 pregnant women approaching delivery in the Kumbe Community Health Center Working Area, Merauke Regency. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Itis known that out of 30 respondents, 12 respondents (42.0%) experienced mild anxiety, while respondents (64.0%) experienced premature rupture of membranes. The results of statisticaltests with Chi Square show a significance level of 0.000 < α = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is a relationship between anxiety during pregnancy and the relationship between the incidence of premature rupture of membranes and the level of anxietyin mothers giving birth in the Kumbe Health Center working area in 2023.

Abstract

Informed consent is a critical aspect of medical practice, including emergency caesarean section (SC) or Cito. Compliance with informed consent becomes more complex because it involves quick decisions in emergency situations, Informed consent compliance with Cito SC actions can be influenced by the husband's role and midwife's motivation. This study aims to determine the influence of the role of husbands and midwives' motivation on compliance with the provision of informed consent in cito SC actions at Merauke Regional Hospital. This study used an Observational Analytics research design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique and a sample of 15 respondents was obtained, The independent variable consists of the role of the husband and the motivation of the midwife then the dependent variable used is the adherence of giving informed consent. The Chi-Square test is used to determine the relationship between two categorical variables. The results of the study of 15 respondents were obtained, most respondents had supporting husband role criteria, namely as many as 8 respondents (53.3%), Most respondents received poor midwife motivation which was as many as 8 respondents (53.3%) and most respondents included the criteria for compliance with informed concent on Cito SC Actions. The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test obtained the results of p = 0.005 and 0.019 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is an influence on the role of the husband and the motivation of midwives on Compliance with Giving Informed Consent to Pregnant Women Who Perform Cito SC Actions at Merauke Regional Hospital. The role of the husband and the motivation of midwives play a very significant role in shaping the compliance of informed consent to pregnant women. Collaboration between patients, husbands, medical teams is the main key.

Abstract

In adolescence curiosity about sexual problems is essential in the formation of more mature relationships with the opposite sex. The maturity of the sexual function also gives rise to impulses and desires for sexual gratification. To analyze the relationship between adolescent knowledge and family and social support on sexual behavior in SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Miring. The research was conducted on 04-05 December 2024 at SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Miring, Meruake Regency, South Papua. The study used an Analytical Survey research design with a crosssectional approach. With the total sampling technique , 60 samples were obtained. The Chi-Square test was used to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that there were 28 (45.2%) respondents with sufficient knowledge, 35 (80.8%) respondents received family support, and 10 (7.3%) respondents received social support. There is no relationship between adolescents' knowledge about sex and sexual behavior in adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Miring, and there is a relationship between family and social support and sexual behavior in adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Miring. It is hoped that the most important parental support is to provide education, as well as good parenting to form the character of the teenager himself.

Abstract

Every woman will experience menopause, where menopause is the final stage of a woman's reproductive period. Women who enter menopause will experience physical and psychological problems, if this is not handled properly it will cause anxiety, so sufficient knowledge and a positive attitude are needed. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of premenopausal employees and anxiety levels in facing menopause. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sample in this research consisted of 31 respondents, namely employees aged 40-53 years who had not experienced menopause, obtained through purposive sampling. Data collection used a knowledge questionnaire, attitude questionnaire and anxiety questionnaire with the Zung Self rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS). Data analysis using the Chi Square test. The research results show that the level of employee knowledge about menopause is in the good category (45.1%), and employees who have negative attitudes towards menopause are in the negative category (61.2%), and the level of anxiety is in the mild category (51.6%). There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of premenopausal employees in facing menopause with a value of p = 0.034, and there is a significant relationship between the attitude of premenopausal employees and the level of anxiety in facing menopause with a value of p = 0.017. Research sites can develop a PKRS program around menopause as a whole (patients, employees and visitors) either using print media or audio-visual media, so that education regarding changes during menopause can be easily and more easily accessible to patients, employees and visitors.

Abstract

Early post-SC mobilization is very important to speed up the mother's recovery process after a cesarean section. One way to increase mothers' understanding and motivation in carrying out early mobilization is by providing information through videos. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the post SC early mobilization video education method on patient motivation before and after being given education at Permata Hati Way Jepara Hospital. This research is quantitative with a one group pre-post test design. Data were collected using a questionnaire to assess the level of motivation before and after being given education using a video about early post-SC mobilization. The number of respondents was 45 respondents using total sampling technique. The data obtained was processed statistically using the Wilcoxon test. The research results show that the level of motivation of respondents before being given education using the video method was that 23 respondents (51.1%) had high motivation and 22 respondents (48.8%) had low motivation. After respondents were given education, the number of respondents who had high motivation increased, as many as 39 respondents (86.6%) had high motivation and 6 respondents (13.3%) had low motivation. The P value in the Wilcoxon test between motivation before and after being given the intervention is 0.001 (< 0.05), which means that there is an influence of education using the video method on patient motivation in carrying out early post-SC mobilization. There is an influence of the post SC early mobilization video education method on patient motivation before and after being given video education at Permata Hati Way Jepara Hospital.
