Abstract

This article aims to explore the leadership management of Timothy, a young leader in the Bible, by examining his values, principles, challenges, and the relevance of his leadership for contemporary Christian students. The study employs a qualitative literature review method by analyzing the books of 1 and 2 Timothy, supported by relevant management and theological literature. The findings reveal that Timothy’s leadership is characterized by faithfulness, exemplary living, humility, courage, spiritual discipline, and a strong commitment to maintaining the purity of Christ’s teachings. In facing challenges such as false doctrines, social pressures, and limited congregational support, Timothy demonstrated managerial skills grounded in faith and obedience to the guidance of the Apostle Paul. The study highlights that Timothy’s leadership principles remain highly relevant for Christian students today in developing integrity, resilience, and service-oriented leadership. Furthermore, his example provides valuable insights into integrating spiritual management within academic and organizational contexts. This article contributes to a deeper theological understanding of leadership management that unites faith-based values, moral responsibility, and practical competence to respond wisely and ethically to the challenges of modern life.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Telkom, Banda Aceh. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan  pelatihan pengguanaan media digital canva dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Dari hasil observasi menunjukan bahwa umunya guru belum sepenuhnya menggunakan media pembelajaran digital dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas. Setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan tentang penerapan media digital khususnya canva menunjukan hasil yang lebih interaktif dan menarik sehingga proses pembelajaran lebih efektif dan fleksibel yang digunakan dalam berbagai mata pelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan  motivasi dan minat para guru dalam mempraktekan media digital canva dalam pelatihan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Media, Digital, Canva, GuruThis community service was carried out at State Vocational High School 5 Telkom, Banda Aceh. This service aims to provide training in the use of Canva digital media in learning at school. The results of observations show that teachers generally do not fully use digital learning media in the learning process in the classroom. After the implementation of training on the application of digital media, especially Canva, showed more interactive and interesting results so that the learning process is more effective and flexible which is used in various subjects to increase student involvement. This is shown by the motivation and interest of teachers in practicing Canva digital media in training.Keywords: Training, Media, Digital, Canva, Teachers
