Abstract

This research examines the Determination of Tourism Village Status in Tebing Tinggi Okura Village, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the status of Tebing Tinggi Okura Village based on the ASEAN Community-Based Tourism Standard (ASEAN CBT) tourism village assessment criteria. The scope of this study covers eight criteria and sub-criteria for tourism village assessment. The location is Tebing Tinggi Okura Village, Rumbai Timur District, Pekanbaru City.This research was conducted from October 2024 to April 2025. The data used were qualitative, while the data sources were primary and secondary. Data collection techniques included field research (in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires) using the Delphi method, triangulation techniques, and literature review. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, which refer to the eight criteria for tourism village assessment according to the ASEAN Community-Based Tourism (CBT) Standard, it can be concluded that Okura Tourism Village is still in the early stages of developing its community-based tourism potential. Administratively, the village has a tourism institution in the form of a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). In terms of environmental quality, the village is considered quite good, but there is no collectively directed management system or program. Community participation in tourism is also low. Support services such as tour guides, tourist information, reservation systems, and itinerary planning are not yet available. Food and beverages are still basic and served only during annual events, while the existing homestays are not yet professionally managed and only operate seasonally. Based on these indicators, Okura Tourism Village can currently be classified as a pioneering tourism village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis penerapan sapta pesona untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di desa bukit batu kabupaten bengkalis”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung, menganalisis penerapan sapta pesona, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di desa bukit batu Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Deskriptif dengan dengan model studi kasus serta tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat deskripsi secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai fakta fakta dan sifat sifat populasi di daerah tertentu. Fakta-fakta yang ingin diketahui adalah mengetahui minat wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung, menganalisis penerapan sapta pesona, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di desa bukit batu. Analisis penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan. Konsep ini memfokuskan pada tujuh aspek atau unsur daya tarik wisata Indonesia yang beragam. "Sapta" berasal dari bahasa Sanskerta yang berarti "tujuh", sementara "Pesona" bermakna "daya tarik". Ada 7 pesona yang tercakup dalam Sapta pesona yaitu: Aman, Tertib, Bersih, Sejuk, Indah, Ramah dan Kenangan. Analisa dari penerapan sapta pesona agar kunjungan wisatawan didesa bukit batu meningkat adalah dari hasil implementasi sapta pesona yang dikelompokan menjadi 4 kategori. Kategori Sangat Baik terdapat pada unsur sejuk, ramah dan kenangan. Kategori Baik terdapat pada unsur tertib. Kategori Cukup Baik terdapat pada unsur aman dan indah. Kategori Tidak Baik terdapat pada unsur bersih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotional strategy of CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru in increasing the number of domestic tour package sales and to determine the perception of guests (consumers) about the promotion of domestic tour packages at CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. This research is located at CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru will be held from November 2023 to February 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type, with the population in this study being the staff at CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru and guests (consumers), and the research sample is 1 company leader, 1 promotion staff and 94 guests (consumers). The results of this study state that the promotional strategy of CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru in increasing the number of domestic tour package sales has been going well, namely the seven promotional mixes have been implemented, namely sales promotion, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, online marketing, mobile marketing, direct marketing, and personal sales. Guest (consumer) perceptions of domestic tour package promotions at CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru 4.10 is categorized as good to attract potential guests (consumers) to use the services of CV. Bilava Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.
