The Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is an information technology system that processes and integrates the entire hospital service process flow, to support patient service management and health information management in hospitals. Good use of HMIS is very necessary to support the smooth service process in a hospital. This research aims to find out how to analyze factors related to the use of the hospital management information system (HMIS) at the sembiring deli tua general hospital based on a perspective of task characteristic, technology characteristic and task technology fit. This research is a quantitative research, with analytical observational methods, cross-sectional approach and uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of 82 HMIS users determined using the slovin formula. The questionnaire used was tested for validity & reliability on 30 people outside the sample, namely officers directly related to SIMRS at Grandmed General Hospital. The results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test inform that the data is normally distributed, therefore the analysis method used was the pearson product moment test. Based on the test results, it is known that task characteristic have a p-value of 0,001, technology characteristic have a p-value of 0,001 and task technology fit have a p-value of 0.000. This proves that all variables have a positive and significant relationship with the HMIS utilization, because the p-value obtained is <0.005. So it can be concluded that the higher the level of task characteristics, technology characteristic and task technology fit, the higher the level of HMIS utilization at the Sembiring Deli Tua general hospital.

Digital transformation in the health sector requires health service facilities to adopt electronic medical records as an effort to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service. This research aims to analyze the application of electronic medical records to the quality of health services using the human organization technology-fit method at RSU Madani Medan in 2025. This type of research is quantitative, cross sectional in nature. The population in this study was all 222 health workers who used electronic medical records. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 69 employees. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire sheet with a Guttman measurement scale. The results of data analysis were processed using SPSS with the Chi-Square test. Data obtained from the human aspect shows no influence of the implementation of RME on the quality of health services with a p-value of 0.760 > α 0.05. From the organizational aspect, there is no influence of the implementation of RME on the quality of health services with a p-value of 0.688 > α 0.05. From the technological aspect, there is an influence of the implementation of RME on the quality of health services with a p-value of 0.035 < α 0.05. From the net-benefit aspect, there is no effect of implementing RME on the quality of health services with a p-value of 0.804 > α 0.05. Suggestions for hospitals to pay more attention to the process of implementing electronic medical records so that electronic medical records can be fully optimized at RSU Madani Medan so as to increase patient satisfaction in the future.

Pekerja di unit spraying di PT PAJ memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap paparan bahan kimia berbahaya dan debu yang dapat mendatangkan masallah kesehatan dan mendatangkan kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat mengenai pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pekerja dalam melindungi diri mereka dari potensi bahaya tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penyuluhan APD dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di lingkungan unit spraying. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, dan diskusi interaktif dengan pekerja. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup jenis-jenis APD yang diperlukan, cara penggunaan yang benar, serta perlunya pemeliharaan dan penggantian APD secara berkala. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuisioner sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman pekerja. Hasil penyuluhan didapatkan bahwa terjadi perbaikan yang cukup tinggi mengenai pemahaman pekerja tentang pentingnya penggunaan APD yang sesuai, serta penurunan angka kecelakaan kerja yang berhubungan dengan kelalaian dalam menggunakan APD. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan sehat, serta mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan pekerja di PT PAJ.

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) adalah system teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola serta mengintegrasikan berbagai aktivitas pengolahan data dan informasi untuk mendukung pelayanan kesehatan, kegiatan administrasi, dan proses pengambilan keputusan. Kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIMRS memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung ketepatan pelaporan rumah sakit. Informasi yang memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi, lengkap, relevan, serta tersedia pada waktu yang dibutuhkan akan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih berkualitas dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar dalam perencanaan, evaluasi, maupun pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas informasi SIMRS terhadap keakuratan pelaporan di Rumah Sakit Umum Sembiring Deli Tua. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi sejumlah 30 pengguna SIMRS yang meliputi petugas rekam medis dan petugas pendaftaran. Dengan metode total sampling, maka seluruh anggota populasi dilibatkan sebagai responden penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data diolah melalui analisis univariat untuk mengetahui karakteristik pada variabel dan analisi bivariat dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Pearson pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05 untuk mengetahui pengaruh antarvariabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi dengan kategori sebanyak 18 orang (60,0%). Sementara itu, tingkat keakuratan pelaporan dinilai akurat oleh 20 responden (66,7%). Hasil diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,512 dengan (p-value) sebesar 0,004 (<0,005). Temuan tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dengan arah positif dan tingkat kekuatan sedang antara kualitas informasi SIMRS dan keakuratan pelaporan.

Jxetis Hxealth Cxentxer has implxemxentxed RMXE (XElxectronic Mxedical Rxecord). The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has been undergoing a trial process since 2016 and was officially implemented in early July 2019. However, researchers identified several challenges in the implementation of EMR, including server downtime issues and incomplete features or menus within the system, resulting in the utilization of EMR not yet being optimal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of Electronic Medical Records in supporting the effectiveness of outpatient registration services using the DeLone and McLean method. The specific objectives of this study are to analyze EMR implementation based on system quality factors, information quality factors, service quality factors, user factors, user satisfaction factors, and net benefit factors. The results of research on the implementation of RME as a whole are effective. In terms of system quality, all officers can operate RME easily. In terms of information quality, the completeness of the resulting information is more accurate, easy to understand and can make it easier to find patient information. In txerms of sxervicxe qxuality, officxers providxe a qxuick rxesponsxe whxen damagxe occxurs and it is qxuickly rxesolvxed. xusxer satisfaction, thxey arxe still fxxxling dissatisfixed dxuxe to nxetwork constraints and in txerms of appxearancxe thxerxe is still missing contxent, it is advisablxe to add contxent to improvxe thxe qxuality of RMXE. In txerms of bxenxefits, so far RMXE is fxelt to bxe morxe xeffxectivxe and xefficixent in txerms of spxxxd and opxerational costs. Thxe implxemxentation of thxe XElxectronic Mxedical Rxecord (RMXE) as a wholxe is good bxecaxusxe it is sxupportxed by SIMPXUS and PIcarxe, can storxe all patixent data So it can bxe conclxudxed that thxe xeffxectivxenxess of XElxectronic Mxedical Rxecords for oxutpatixent rxegistration services at the Jetis Health Center has bn said to be effective and very helpful in the process of providing services to patixents.
