Abstract

Performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. To create high employee performance, organizations must be able to provide training to their employees which is accompanied by a disciplined attitude from the employees to carry out their duties so that they can increase their overall productivity and can increase their job satisfaction which ultimately has an impact on their increased performance. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of education and training (diklat) and work discipline on employee performance at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The population in this study were 139 employees who worked at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The sample in this study was 58 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of the research show that: 1) education and training (diklat) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) education and training (training) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4 ) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of training on employee performance, and 7) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of discipline work on employee performance. Future research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at East Selemadeg 3 State Junior High School. The sample in this research were all 32 teachers at East Selemadeg 3 State Junior High School. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS Version 25 For Windows program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that: 1) Leadership (X1) has a positive effect on teacher performance, 2) Competency (X2) has a positive effect on teacher performance, and 3) Emotional Intelligence (X3) has a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The very tight competition in the current era of globalization means that many companies have to optimize their performance to be able to compete and survive in the business market. Implementing human resource management well can avoid various problems related to human resources. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the impact of work ethic, work performance, and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Urban Bali. In this study, the population taken was all employees of PT. BPR Urban Bali. The sampling technique used was the census method. This was because the number of respondents was not too large, so a sample size of 38 respondents was obtained. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work ethic (X1), work performance (X2), and career development (X3) have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Urban Bali. With the results of hypothesis testing, H1: Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (significance value 0.003 < 0.05). H2: Job performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (significance value 0.023 <0.05). H3: Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (significance value 0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Perusahaan saat ini dituntut untuk bersaing tidak hanya dalam produktivitas, tetapi juga dalam menghasilkan produk dan jasa berkualitas. Karyawan, sebagai faktor penentu keberhasilan, sering menghadapi masalah karena perbedaan kebutuhan, harapan, dan latar belakang sosial mereka. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah menurunnya semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung yaitu 44 orang karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kembar Putra Makmur Mengwi Badung. Bagi peneliti berikutnya dapat lebih mengembangkan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel semangat kerja dengan menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan, seperti faktor budaya organisasi, komunikasi internal, atau work life balance.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu elemen penting yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan dan menghadapi persaingan. Faktor-faktor seperti gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja memainkan peran signifikan dalam memengaruhi kinerja individu di tempat kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, yang mencakup kemampuan memotivasi, mengarahkan, dan membangun komunikasi yang baik, dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Di sisi lain, kompensasi yang adil, termasuk gaji, insentif, dan tunjangan, memberikan penghargaan atas kontribusi karyawan, sehingga meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat kerja. Disiplin kerja juga menjadi faktor penting, di mana kepatuhan terhadap aturan, jadwal, dan prosedur mendukung terciptanya efisiensi dan produktivitas. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari 35 karyawan PT. Atika Mandiri, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan yang baik terhadap ketiga faktor tersebut dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan.
