Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the EDM01 (Ensuring the Setup and Maintenance of the IT Governance Framework) and APO09 (Managing Service Agreements) domains of the COBIT 5 framework in the context of computer service stores. Through survey methods and direct interviews, data is collected to evaluate the maturity level of the governance process and IT services in the store. The results of the analysis show that both process domains are at maturity level 2 (Managed), indicating that the process is well managed but still has potential for improvement. An evaluation of the gap between current and expected conditions reveals potential improvements in process consistency and effectiveness. These findings provide insights into how to improve service quality and operational efficiency in computer service shops, as well as ensure better customer satisfaction through the implementation of COBIT 5 best practices. This research provides a solid foundation for computer service shops to improve their IT governance in accordance with industry standards and meet business needs more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Sampah masih menjadi isu lingkungan yang banyak dijumpai di wilayah pedesaan, termasuk di Desa Pembantanan, Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk, Kabupaten Banjar. Masyarakat Desa Pembantanan juga belum memiliki pemahaman yang memadai mengenai alternatif pengelolaan sampah yang lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan. Sampah masih dipandang sebagai limbah yang tidak bernilai, sehingga belum banyak warga yang melakukan pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik ataupun memanfaatkan sampah sebagai sumber nilai ekonomi. Padahal, pengelolaan sampah yang baik tidak hanya berdampak pada kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan, tetapi juga berpotensi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sampah menjadi kompos, barang daur ulang, atau kegiatan wirausaha berbasis lingkungan. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya upaya edukasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sampah yang aman, sehat, dan ekonomis. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah penggunaan smokeless burn barrel, yaitu alat pembakaran sampah yang dirancang untuk meminimalkan asap dan emisi berbahaya. Melalui edukasi dan demonstrasi penggunaan alat ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengubah pola pengelolaan sampah yang sebelumnya berisiko menjadi lebih aman dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah merupakan masalah lingkungan yang masih sulit ditangani diberbagai negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Kota Banjarmasin, sebagai salah satu contoh, yang menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mengelola sampah yang tidak ditangani secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memilah sampah dan kurangnya edukasi lingkungan yang memadai. Fenomena ini menyebabkan meningkatnya volume sampah yang mencemari lingkungan dan berisiko terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Sebagai solusi, visualisasi edukatif, khususnya melalui animasi tiga dimensi (3D), dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dan pelestarian lingkungan. Animasi 3D memungkinkan penyampaian informasi yang kompleks secara lebih jelas dan menarik, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan visualisasi edukatif berbasis animasi 3D yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu-isu lingkungan, terutama pengelolaan sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan animasi 3D efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan edukatif dan memperkuat pemahaman serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital academic services requires universities to develop reliable, scalable, and integrated information technology infrastructures. This study focuses on the design and planning of the IT infrastructure for Building E at Universitas Sari Mulia, aiming to support both academic and administrative activities while integrating seamlessly with the existing campus network. The research applies a design and development method, encompassing technical analysis, network architecture design, detailed system design, and conceptual validation. The Building E infrastructure includes six main rooms, with a server room functioning as the central local network management node. A three-tier network architecture core, distribution, and access layers is implemented to ensure efficient management, traffic segmentation, and direct interaction with end users. The integration plan considers inter-building connectivity, network security, and operational workflow to maintain stability and reliability while accommodating future expansion. The proposed design enhances network performance, simplifies maintenance, ensures centralized data management, and provides reliable digital services for students, faculty, and administrative staff. Conceptual validation confirms that the design aligns with technical requirements, security standards, and institutional policies. The study establishes a strategic foundation for developing a smart campus environment, ensuring that Building E contributes significantly to the university’s digital transformation and long-term academic excellence.
