Abstract

Workload analysis is a technique that performs to calculate the workload of employees in a company. Workload analysis aims to help PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in the adjustment of the efficiency of human resources (HR). The method used in this study is the guided free-type interview method. This method makes it easier for the interviewee to freely ask questions to the interviewer regarding workload or in terms of career development at the company. Data analysis techniques were carried out using FTE (Full Time Equivalent) calculations through software in Microsoft Excel. The results of workload analysis by using FTE calculations that are classified as FIT in the mechanical position of Mechanic are CS ASS, Sales Spare Parts, and Cashier. The results that are classified as FIT are not given the recommendation to do a Job Redesign. In addition, the result of the FTE showed that there some positions are classified as Under Fit, CS, SalesForce, Accounting Staff, and Sales Advisor. The result of the FTE which was categorized as overload are ASS admin and talent management and org development.

Abstract

PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar is a company engaged in the sale of automotive goods and services. Within the company, it is necessary to carry out a job analysis to increase employee productivity through improvements and updates regarding existing job descriptions and job specifications. Data collection was carried out using interview. The data analysis used was a descriptive method, where the analysis was carried out by compiling job descriptions and job specifications at PT Bosowa Berlian Motor and providing recommendations for improvements to the positions that have been analyzed. In this activity, job analysis was carried out for 10 job holders, namely customer service sales, admin after-sales service, mechanics, customer satisfaction after-sales service, accounting staff, cashiers, spare parts sales, service advisors, and sales force.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya penggunaan bahan ajar dalam proses pembelajaran serta kurangnya perhatian peserta didik terhadap lingkungan dan sesama. Kemampuan peserta didik dalam menghubungkan materi dengan teknologi, lingkungan, dan masyarakat juga menjadi tuntutan dalam pembelajaran kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas, dan respon peserta didik terhadap e-modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, peserta didik dan dosen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak satu kelas yakni kelas XI MIPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid oleh validator ahli dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil pengolahan angket respon siswa, diperoleh bahwa e-modul termasuk kedalam kriteria “Sangat Baik”.
