Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji gambaran tingkat mindful self-care (perawatan diri penuh perhatian) pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang sedang menyusun skripsi, mengingat masa penyusunan skripsi adalah masa dengan dengan kerentanan akan kesehatan fisik, mental, dan emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek berjumlah 392 mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah skripsi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling, dengan alat pengumpul data Mindful Self-Care Scale (MSCS). Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan terdapat 4 pernyataan yang tidak valid, namun tetap digunakan dengan kalimat yang telah diformulasikan kembali. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan instrumen MSCS reliabel dengan skor Cronbach’s Alpha 0.909. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat mindful self-care mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang sedang menyusun skripsi berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3.8 dari 5, yang berarti rata-rata responden melakukan mindful self-care kurang lebih 3-4 hari dalam satu minggu. Aspek yang memiliki skor rata-rata paling tinggi adalah Mindful Awareness, yaitu mahasiswa menyadari dan menerima mengenai pikiran dan perasaannya; dan melibatkan pikiran dan perasaannya sebelum bertindak, dan paling rendah adalah Physical Care, yaitu mahasiswa tidak berolahraga setidaknya 30 - 60 menit perhari; tidak melakukan olahraga yang terjadwal; memilih kegiatan yang lebih santai dibanding berolahraga; dan tidak menjadwalkan olahraga setiap hari. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, laki-laki memiliki skor rata-rata yang sedikit lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 3.84, sementara perempuan memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 3.78. Dari 8 fakultas yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan mendapat skor tertinggi, sementara Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan mendapat skor terendah. Penjelasan dapat dibaca lebih jauh dalam pembahasan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a technology-based promotion model for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of clothing sewing crafts based on e-commers technology using openchart to expand the existing market in Agam Regency. This research is motivated by the fact that MSMEs often face challenges in marketing their products, especially in the limitations of wider market access, the low use of digital technology in promotion, and the lack of knowledge of MSME actors about effective online store management. MSMEs in this area should use and utilize modern e-commers technology to develop more modern and efficient promotional strategies so that their products can be recognized by a wider market. Where by using openchart they can offer affordable solutions with various features that can be customized to meet the specific needs of local MSMEs, save costs, are effective and also user-friendly to develop product viability and support business growth. However, many MSME players do not have the understanding and resources to implement digital platforms optimally. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Define, Design, Develop, Decemination development model. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based promotional media using openchart applications that are valid, practical and effective, where the use of openchart as a promotional platform has a positive impact, especially in increasing efficiency in marketing products, increasing sales, expanding market reach and business management. The findings of this study are that openchart can be used as a craft promotion media to increase the competitiveness of MSME products in Agam Regency.

Abstract

Background: elementary school education plays a crucial role in shaping students' understanding of fundamental concepts, including an appreciation for cultural diversity. This research study aims to investigate the impact of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) and Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approaches on teaching cultural diversity to fourth-grade students in class IV B at SDN-SN Kebun Bunga 4. Method: applying a qualitative research method with a case study design, the study involved 16 students over three learning cycles. Results and Dıscussion: the applied instructional models included Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL), which were integrated with the TaRL and CRT approaches to ensure the learning process was relevant to students' abilities and cultural backgrounds. The results revealed a significant improvement in the students' conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and practical abilities, increasing from 75% in the first cycle to 94% by the third cycle. Conclusion: the implementation of PBL and PjBL, adapted to individual learning levels and cultural relevance, proved effective in enhancing student outcomes, motivation, and participation. The study recommends the use of adaptive and culturally responsive approaches to strengthen student learning and character development.
