Abstract

In the learning process in class there are obstacles when literacy activities are implemented, namely students get bored with reading activities because they are too monotonous so students play more and Talk to his friends. The aim of this research is to improve the literacy skills of grade 2 students at SDN Kraton 5 Bangkalan with a total of 35 students using the reading guide learning method.This research uses a descriptive analysis study. Research stages include collecting data, processing data, describing data and interpreting data and concluding data.The research was conducted over two meetings, namely on Saturday, March 9 2024 and on Saturday March 23, 2024. This research was carried out through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of the reading guide learning method can improve The literacy skills of students in the Indonesian language subject "Understanding short fable stories" were proven successful in increasing by 3 (from 67 in cycle I to 70 in cycle II). Educators have also succeeded in achieving the desired goals in implementing the reading guide learning method. Abstract

Orang tua anak berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus jenis autisme. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran orang tua terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus autisme di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data  yang peneliti gunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari hasil observasi, wawancara, serta data sekunder dengan menggunakan studi literatur berupa buku, jurnal atau artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran orang tua sangat krusial dalam mendukung perkembangan anak dengan autisme. Mereka tidak hanya bertindak sebagai pendamping utama, akan tetapi juga sebagai advokat yang memperjuangkan hak anak dalam memperoleh layanan pendidikan dan terapi yang sesuai, sumber informasi bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus kategori autisme yang seringkali kesulitan bersosialisasi sehingga sulit mendapatkan informasi, sebagai pendidik di rumah yang melatih kemandirian dan keterampilan dasar anak, serta sebagai mitra sekolah yang  aktif berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi dalam pemantauan perkembangan anak serta dalam pengambil keputusan bagi layanan pendidikan anak. Keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam proses pendidikan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak, keterampilan sosial, dan kemandirian anak. Oleh karena itu, dukungan orang tua dalam bersinergi dengan sekolah dapat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan inklusi.

Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of Kahoot! in fostering fifth-grade students' learning interest at SDN Nyormanis 2. The study addresses the problem of low student interest, a crucial internal factor influencing academic success. Employing a quantitative approach with an experimental design, data was collected using a closed questionnaire. This instrument, based on a Likert scale (strongly agree (4), agree (3), disagree (2), strongly disagree (1)), measured student responses before and after Kahoot! implementation across indicators such as enjoyment, involvement, attraction, and attention. The findings indicate a significant increase in student learning interest: the average student category shifted from "medium" (50%) to "high" (63%) after using Kahoot!. This demonstrates that Kahoot! is effective in enhancing learning interest among fifth-grade students at SDN Nyormanis 2. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to innovate their teaching methods by incorporating engaging activities like games and quizzes using applications such as Kahoot!
