Abstract

Office Supplies and Stationery (ATK) are equipment that is often used in offices, companies and organizations, include cabinet filling, perforators, calculators, paper clips, staplers, numerators, guides, flashdisks, paper punches, pens and paper, paper shredder, computers, printers, facsimile machines, photocopiers, archive folders and cash registers, office furniture. Supplier is part of the supplier chain that influences the development of a company. Problems that are often experienced by PT. PLN Engineering such as late arrivals and lack of quality equipment and stationery from suppliers, therefore it needs to be re-ordered or returned to suppliers, so that time is wasted. Storage of data on procurement of equipment and stationery that are still conventional so that it is not effective and efficient in terms of time, cost and energy, let alone supplier selection which is still subjective. The purpose of this study makes it easier for competent parties to make decisions at PT. PLN Engineering in selecting the best supplier to be consistent in maintaining the determined criteria so as to minimize the risk and not disappoint the company. Incorrect supplier selection affects the quality and costs incurred in buying equipment and stationery from suppliers, how to overcome them requires a decision support system (SPK) that is able to accurately select the most suitable supplier. The method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) combined with fuzification is the right method for evaluating the best suppliers. The most important criteria are Price of Goods, Quality of Goods, Delivery Time, Location Distance, Goods Packaging, Accuracy of Goods, Flexibility, Track Record. The conclusion of the test results is the SAW method is able to show that the ranking of the best suppliers with the highest value of 0.89 is UD. Bintang Mulia.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect for the progress of a country. With the existence of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds can help the distribution of education but the Education Office has not implemented a computerized system to the maximum in monitoring the distribution of BOS funds. The Education Office only has data textually and not spatially. The more schools in Pematangsiantar City will be difficult for the Education Office to see a map of locations where schools that are entitled to receive BOS funds and who have received BOS funds. This Geographic Information System (GIS) application was made to find out the location of BOS funds distribution with the appearance of tables and data in the form of maps. This GIS is displayed web-based so that everyone can access it. The use of this application will help the Education Office in monitoring the distribution of BOS funds so that evenly distribution. In addition to helping the community to find out the location of the school and school data. The author uses google maps to determine latitude and longitude coordinate points found on google maps. Using this coordinate point, the location of the recipient of BOS funds was obtained. Latitude and longitude values are stored in the MySQL database and will be called using PHP programming. This application also uses UML modeling. This study uses data collection methods by means of surveys and literature. After the data has been collected, the location measurements and map determination are then analyzed for system requirements and system design and testing. Then the implementation of the system by utilizing Google Map and the PHP programming language. After the application is generated, the program is tested with Black Box Testing. This GIS application can run locally using a local server such as App Server with the provision that you must connect to the internet.

Abstract

Stikes Santa Elisabeth is an institution in the field of education, especially health. Stikes Santa Elisabeth has many students who come from various regions where many students have difficulty paying tuition due to economic problems. Therefore, many agencies or companies cooperate with Stikes Santa Elisabeth to provide assistance to underprivileged students such as love, single tuition fees (UKT), and the Eka Tjita Foundation. The provision of assistance certainly has rules that must be met by students. Because of the many rules or criteria that must be checked to determine which students will receive assistance, it can often result in the wrong choice as there is a limit to the number of recipients. To overcome these problems, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in determining the provision of assistance to students. By applying the PSI method, Stikes Santa Elisabeth can be considered to provide information about the requirements that must be met in receiving assistance. Thus helping Stikes Santa Elisabeth to determine the provision of assistance to students. This study aims to analyze the problems that occur in determining the priority of providing assistance to Stikes Santa Elisabeth students by applying the PSI method based on alternative data and predetermined criteria. Based on the ranking table above, the student who is most prioritized to get a scholarship is Irene Permatasari with a preference selection index value of 0.8765. So it can be concluded that the application of the PSI method results in a ranking so that it can help Stikes Santa Elisabeth to choose students who are the most prioritized in receiving scholarships.

Abstract

Kampus merupakan tempat mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Dalam pengembangannya, pihak kampus harus terus meningkatkan kualitas lulusan, mencari mahasiswa baru yang berbakat dan berpotensi, serta berupaya menjadikan kampus lebih besar dan maju. STMIK Triguna Dharma juga berupaya keras untuk berkembang di dunia pendidikan guna menampung bakat dan potensi lulusan terbaik dari berbagai sekolah. STMIK Triguna Dharma Bagian Kerjasama berupaya mengevaluasi kriteria yang dipakai untuk menentukan target promosi, yakni target promosi yang ditentukan berdasarkan banyaknya jumlah pendaftar dari suatu sekolah di tahun sebelumnya. Kriteria ini mengabaikan beberapa aspek seperti kurangnya fleksibilitas kriteria ketika dihadapkan dengan perubahan tren pendaftaran mahasiswa, mengabaikan kualitas mahasiswa, dan mengabaikan kondisi kompetitor karena kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh sebelumnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan beberapa kriteria tambahan yang dikombinasikan dengan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan agar pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan secara cepat, dan tepat. Untuk menghitung nilai kriteria, dibutuhkan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam menentukan target promosi kampus, yaitu Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS). Metode EDAS merupakan salah satu teknik dalam sistem pendukung keputusan multikriteria yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi alternatif berdasarkan jaraknya dari solusi rata – rata. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan hasil dari perhitungan metode EDAS, yaitu alternatif A5 dengan nama sekolah SMK Istiqlal dengan nilai sebesar 0.988 sebagai nilai tertinggi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah dibangun dengan metode EDAS, dapat membantu menentukan target promosi STMIK Triguna Dharma dengan tepat.

Abstract

IndiHome (Indonesia Digital Home) is a leading digital fibre optic service product consisting of fibre optic internet services, landline telephones, and interactive TV services. Although the coverage of Indihome products is extensive in the city of Medan, in marketing, Indihome products have not reached the planned target. Based on data from Indihome service package users that have been received, Indihome product users only numbered 6419 customers in all STOs in Medan City. At the same time, the target was planned by PT. Telkom Access Medan, namely Marketing Indihome products, must reach 5,000 customers per month in all STOs in Medan City. Indihome product marketing is an obstacle for PT. Telkom Access Medan, because the Indihome product is a new product, the people of Medan City do not fully know what Indihome is and what facilities they get from using the Indihome service package. Therefore PT. Telkom Access Medan needs to make a plan to make a marketing strategy. The first step that needs to be done is to segment the market for the Indihome service package. This study aimed to determine the application of Data Mining using the K-Medoids Clustering method in the Indihome service package market segmentation at PT. Telkom Access Medan. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide a reference for the results of the decision so that it can help related parties to make it easier to classify the market segmentation of the Indihome service package at PT. Telkom Access Medan. Because the value of S > 0, then the calculation is stopped and ends in the 3rd iteration. Indihome service package data processing uses the k-medoids clustering method in the form of potential, potential, and not potential STO (Sentral Telephone Automated) cluster members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempelajari bagaimana kriptografi menggunakan Secure Hash Algorthm 256 (SHA-256) dan Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) untuk menjaga keaslian Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL) dengan menggunakan kode Quick Response (QR) berbasis web. Salah satu fungsi utama SHA-256 adalah menerima input data M dalam bentuk apa pun dan menghasilkan nilai hash h(M). RSA, algoritma yang memiliki asimetri, kunci publik dan kunci privat. Ini adalah sistem kriptografi terpopuler yang digunakan untuk memberikan tanda tangan digital, kerahasiaan, dan kunci. Salah satu fitur utama sistem otentikasi dokumen adalah mencetak dan verifikasi dokumen, menghasilkan tanda tangan digital dan mengubahnya menjadi kode QR. Dengan menggunakan sistem otentikasi dokumen berbasis web, orang dapat memastikan bahwa dokumen yang telah ditandatangani atau dibubuhi dengan kode QR. Ini membantu menjaga keaslian dokumen agar orang lain tidak dapat menyalinnya. Untuk mencegah pemalsuan surat, integritas data, dan keabsahan data, isi dokumen yang dilindungi disandikan menggunakan algoritma kriptografi SHA-256 dan RSA. Data yang digunakan yaitu gabungan nama depan + nis siswa (ELIA + 18001). Hasilnya kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam dokumen ringkasan terenkripsi. Algoritma kriptografi untuk SKL berhasil digunakan. Setelah menggunakan metode SHA-256 dan RSA, hasil akhir adalah "09C6423CF09C9E61BC09B29966DE6CB569A7DE2C4349FA2B52F 08EF39D07140F". Hasil dekripsi sebanding dengan hash e-dokumen, sehingga dokumen yang diverifikasi dianggap sah.   Abstract    This research studies how cryptography uses the Secure Hash Algorthm 256 (SHA-256) and Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) to maintain the authenticity of the Pass Certificate (SKL) using a web-based Quick Response (QR) code. One of the main functions of SHA-256 is to accept M input data of any kind and output a hash value of h(M). RSA, an algorithm that has asymmetry, public key and private key. It is the most popular cryptographic system used to provide digital signatures, secrecy and keys. One of the main features of a document authentication system is printing and verifying documents, generating digital signatures and converting them into QR codes. By using a web-based document authentication system, people can ensure that documents have been signed or affixed with a QR code. This helps maintain the authenticity of documents so that others cannot copy them. To prevent letter forgery, data integrity, and data validity, the contents of protected documents are encoded using the SHA-256 and RSA cryptographic algorithms. The data used is a combination of the student's first name + nis (ELIA + 18001). The results are then entered into an encrypted summary document. The cryptographic algorithm for SKL was successfully used. After using the SHA-256 and RSA methods, the final result is "09C6423CF09C9E61BC09B29966DE6CB569A7DE2C4349FA2B52F 08EF39D07140F". The decryption result is comparable to the e-document hash, so the verified document is considered valid.

Abstract

Logistik merupakan keseluruhan proses pengelolaan bagaimana sumber daya diperoleh, disimpan, dan diangkut ke tujuan akhir mereka. Pendistribusian logistik memerlukan perencanaan yang matang dan cermat, dimana pengelolaan dan pendistribusian logistik dapat terlaksana secara tepat sasaran. Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini sedang melakukan perbaikan dalam sistem pendistribusian logistiknya, selama ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam melakukan pendataan logistiknya. Maka dalam hal ini yang diperlukan adalah bidang ilmu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memilih wilayah prioritas dalam pendistribusian logistik. Sistem ini nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu Bidang Pendistribusian Logistik terkait dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan secara cepat dan tepat, sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan dan untuk menghindari sistem manipulasi data logistik. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) yang bertujuan untuk membantu Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) dalam pengambilan keputusan dalan memilih wilayah pendistribusian logistik secara tepat.Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini, maka Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan perhitungan metode ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) dapat mempermudah pihak Palang Merah Indonesia dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih wilayah prioritas pendistribusian logistik sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Coffee businesses in Medan are becoming increasingly competitive. Due to the invention of coffee menus and coffee serving packaging to remain competitive, every coffee shop has a distinct quality. However, choosing the finest coffee shop remains a challenge for the decision-maker in this scenario, the consumer. Therefore, we need a mechanism to pick which clients or visits to a coffee shop. Clear, simple-to-understand idea-winning tactics make it simple to make decisions that are effective. The efficacy of various choices may be assessed by an efficient computer procedure. The purpose of this study is to use the Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (Vikor) technique to choose the best coffee shop based on the following criteria: ambience, taste, pricing, diversity of the menu, service, and facilities. The responses of the questionnaire are used to determine the weight gain based on weighing. The option with the lowest value is chosen as the best option when A5 = 0. In other words, alternative A5 was chosen as the spot where coffee is most strongly recommended
