Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi suksesnya implementasi manajemen kinerja fleksibel, serta untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur (library research) sebagai metode utama untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami secara mendalam konsep-konsep dan fenomena yang terkait dengan manajemen kinerja fleksibel dalam konteks lingkungan kerja modern. Kesimpulan artikel ini menegaskan pentingnya adopsi konsep manajemen kinerja fleksibel sebagai respons terhadap dinamika lingkungan kerja modern. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip fleksibilitas dalam sistem penilaian kinerja, organisasi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas mereka dalam mengelola kinerja karyawan dan merespons perubahan dengan lebih cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic dress guidance at SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Jambo Aye and to identify the challenges encountered in the process. The research employs a qualitative method with a field research approach. The data consist of the role of Islamic education teachers in internalizing the values of Islamic dress among female students, collected through observation, interviews with teachers, students, and the principal, as well as documentation of coaching activities. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the school has made systematic efforts to instill the values of Islamic dress through school regulations, daily habituation, and the exemplary conduct of teachers. However, several challenges remain, including the influence of social media and popular culture that promote modern fashion trends inconsistent with Islamic principles, limited supervision by teachers both inside and outside the school, and resistance from a small number of students who perceive the Islamic dress code as a restriction on freedom of expression. This study concludes that fostering Islamic dress values requires continuous synergy between schools, parents, and the community to ensure that these values are deeply internalized and consistently practiced by students.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, angka stunting pada 2024 mencapai 19,8% atau 4.482.340 balita. Jawa Tengah menempati peringkat terbesar kelima dengan jumlah 485.893 balita stunting. Angka ini harus ditekan sehingga tidak kembali melonjak. Pemerintah melibatkan berbagai pihak mulai dari Kementerian hingga rumah tangga dalam mengatasi stunting. Demikian pula dengan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan. Dalam mencegah stunting, telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan mulai dari membantu meningkatkan ketersediaan dan akses bahan pangan bergizi, penyaluran makanan berprotein, pelatihan pengolahan pangan lokal, hingga edukasi pentingnya gizi pada anak. Akan tetapi pembekalan tentang ketrampilan mengelola sumber daya finansial dan logistik dalam upaya pemenuhan nutrisi pada anak masih perlu ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kota Semarang menggandeng akademisi dari Universitas Semarang melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk membagikan pengetahuan tentang merancang strategi finansial dan logistik untuk generasi emas bebas stunting kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi finansial dan strategi manajemen logistik bahan makanan bergizi keluarga supaya mampu merencanakan anggaran belanja bahan makanan yang bergizi secara efektif, efisien dan sustainable. Pengukuran pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait merancang strategi keuangan dan logistik untuk generasi emas bebas stunting

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test a humanistic leadership model based on Uswah Hasanah as an ethical and transformative paradigm in the context of private universities in Indonesia. The leadership crisis, characterized by an increase in instrumentalist leadership practices and a disregard for the human dimension, necessitates exploring alternative models that place moral exemplarity at the core of leadership. The study employed a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design, integrating a systematic literature review with a survey of private university lecturers selected through purposive sampling. Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis to build a conceptual model, while quantitative data were analyzed using nonparametric statistics (Spearman's Rank Correlation and the Kruskal-Wallis Test) in SPSS 26. The results indicate that the humanistic leadership model based on uswah hasanah consists of four interrelated dimensions: (1) ethics based on human dignity; (2) dialogic and empathetic relationships; (3) moral learning through role models; and (4) sustainable social transformation. Spearman correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between all dimensions, indicating strong internal cohesion of the model. The Kruskal-Wallis test revealed significant differences in perceptions of the ethical dimensions and moral learning based on lecturers' tenure, with senior lecturers demonstrating a deeper understanding. Theoretically, this study enriches the discourse on values-based leadership by offering an integrative, contextually grounded synthesis of humanistic management and Islamic ethics. Practically, this model provides an operational framework for leadership development that emphasizes character formation, moral consistency, and organizational culture transformation through role models.
