This research invites readers to explore how the program works in Kelompok Tani Parakan Jaya. Here, the researcher shows several steps of observation: 1. Empowerment stages; 2. Enabling and inhibiting factors; 3. Economic and social impacts toward Kelompok Tani Parakan Jaya. However, this research is descriptive qualitative research method in which the research proposed to describe a uniqe community. There are some steps in collecting data: 1. Interview; 2. Observation; 3. Informan selection; 4. Data analysis. The result of this research shows that the implementation of various empowerment stages in Kelompok Tani Parakan Jaya has been well implemented, although there are several stages that have not been fully implemented, specifically on the stages of evaluation and termination. Secondly, people who has been participating in the program gain positive impact in economic and social sector directly. Economically, the members of the group earn an increased income if calculated monthly or based on income at eachharvest period. Besides, socially, this program creates good value and norms (good relationship) among the communites, especially for the participants. Lastly, in enabling and inhabiting factors found that the commmunity in Jalan Arjuna Parakan has succeded in utilizing the resources well as a source of livelihoodin which thiscontinual process motivates the community to reach progressive life.

This study discusses the role of the Lemah Duhur Adult Farmer Group in community empowerment for environmental development through the Ciharashas Organic Agro Edu-Tourism Village. The theory used by researchers is the theory of the role of community workers, community empowerment, agro-tourism, organic agriculture, the environment, sustainable development, and the Logical Framework Approach. In this study, researchers wanted to see the role of the Lemah Duhur Adult Farmer Group, the results of their community empowerment, the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out community empowerment, and their relation to environmental development.The research method used by researchers is qualitative research. Then, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and document study. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding and were supported by field observations and documents obtained. Regarding the results of the research, the Lemah Duhur Adult Farmer Group has an important role in community empowerment through the Ciharashas Organic Agro Edu-Tourism Village in Mulyaharja Village, South Bogor District. Based on its implementation, the Lemah Duhur Duhur Adult Farmer Group plays a role as facilitative roles, educational roles, representational roles, dan technical roles. The results of community empowerment carried out bythe Lemah Duhur Adult Farmer Group have met the sustainability requirements, renewability, interdependence, adaptability, and institutional commitment.

The perception of persons with disabilities as people who cannot do work like non-disabled people makes it difficult for them to find work. With existing deficiencies, people with disabilities are considered to be an obstacle to work and it is difficult to build communication with people with hearing disabilities. Persons with disabilities need a place to accommodate them to get education and training, always given motivation, good communication, advice and infrastructure that supports the situation of persons with disabilities. This study aims to determine (1) the strategy carried out at Deaf Café and Car Wash Fingertalk Cinere, (2) the results of the empowerment carried out, (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of empowerment. This research method uses a qualitative approach using data from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the empowerment provided has made changes for people with disabilities to become em powered with their own skills, independence, and self-confidence.

Corporate social responsibility merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang diembankan pemerintah kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Banyak program CSR ini—langsung atau tidak—berdampak kepada pengembangan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi pada studi kasus CSR yang dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan di Kota Bogor, studi ini menemukan bahwa: (1) CSR menjadi instrument perusahaan yang berdampak sosial-ekonomi kepada masyarakat; (2) Secara praktis bentuk CSR bisa berbeda-beda tergantung kondisi lapangan. Kemampuan memvariansikan bentuk ini justru berimplikasi kepada keberlanjutan dari perusahaan tersebut; (3) Meski ada di lingkungan warga yang mayoritas beragama Islam, tetapi dampak langsung CSR pada masyarakat Islam di sekitar perusahaan ternyata tidak tampak menonjol, atau malah terkesan biasa-biasa saja.

Abstract. The Jami’ Bintaro Mosque, in addition to functioning as a place of worship for Muslims, also has a social function. One of the social functions that has been carried out is to empower scholarship recipients from the mosque. This social activity has placed the mosque in a strategic position in changing the student behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of scholarship endowmnet in changing recipients’ behavior. This research is an exploratory descriptive, explaining and testing the hypothesis of the research variables, namely by using a quantitative approach. The result is that real influence is an aspect of the process of improving quality of change in student behavior. Abstrak. Masjid Jami’ Bintaro selain berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah umat Islam, juga memiliki fungsi sosial. Salah satu fungsi sosial yang telah dilakukan adalah memberdayakan siswa penerima beasiswa dari masjid. Kegiatan pengembangan ini telah menempatkan masjid pada posisi strategis dalam mengubah perilaku beasiswa siswa menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan; menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan dalam mengubah penerima perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif eksplorasi yang menjelaskan, menerangkan, dan menguji hipotesis dari variabel-variabel penelitian, yakni dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif. Hasilnya bahwa Berpengaruh nyata itu adalah aspek proses peningkatan kualitas terhadap perubahan dari perilaku pelajar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Program PHBM yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dan kesesuaiannya di lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada metode kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode analisis yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Data yang didapatkan untuk di analisis merupakan hasil observasi, wawancara dengan anggota LMDH, karyawan wisata dan wisatawan yang ada di Wisata Alam Gunung Dago. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Program PHBM yang dilakukan oleh LMDH Wana Cendana kemudian dianalisis menggunakan elemen-elemen menurut David C. Korten yakni : (1) adanya program yang disusun dengan matang, (2) pelaksanaan program memahami tugasnya dengan baik, dan (3) program sesuai dengan kebutuhan sasaran program. Dalam melihat pengembangan wisata peneliti melihatnya dalam sebuah strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Test Litmus. Sehigga total skor uji test litmus menyatakan isu-isu tersebut sangat strategis dan perlu dilakukan untuk pengembangan dan kemajuan Wisata Alam Gunung Dago. Kemudian peneliti merumuskannya pada empat hal yaitu : strategi peningkatan kerjasama dan kemampuan sdm, strategi peningkatan peran serta masyarakat, strategi pemantapan kelembagaan pariwisata dan strategi promosi yang efektif.

This study aims to determine the processes and supporting factors inhibiting community participation in the appropriate technology service post program (posyantek). With the formulation of the problem (1) What is the process of community participation in the use of the posyantek program in Grogol Petamburan District? (2) What are the supporting factors and obstacles to community participation in the posyantek program.This research methodology uses qualitative methods and descriptive research types. By using primary and secondary data sources, namely using data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, as well as data obtained from notes, books, bulletins, written documents related to this research. Through the Posyantek program, it is a community empowerment program to increase knowledge of appropriate technology, provide productive activities and economic change to the beneficiaries as well as the surrounding community as well as assistance to the beneficiaries to become independent in their businesses.The process of empowering the Posyantek Program carried out by the Posyantek Grogol Petamburan sub-district in several villages went through several stages. What dominates in the participation ladder is the 7 partnership ladders on the fourth rung which means providing more real and meaningful participation opportunities for community involvement in local government

This research is about the role of the Dompet Dhuafa Independent Community Work Institute on the independence of program beneficiaries in the process of community empowerment in the productive economy based on zakat. This research approach is quantitative with survey methods. Variable X is the role of the Independent Work Society Institute and the Y variable is behavior change for the independence of program beneficiaries. The results of this study show that the role of the Independent Community Work Institutions (the role of the facilitator, the role of educators and the technical role) of behavior change is close to 40%. This is indicated by the results of the SPSS determination coefficient (R2) of 0.382. This effect is very significant (significant) as indicated by the probability 0.00 **. The influence of the role of the Independent Community Works Institution is very significant for behavioral change for the independence of program beneficiaries. Penelitian ini mengenai peran Lembaga Karya Masyarakat Mandiri Dompet Dhuafa terhadap kemandirian penerima manfaat program pada proses pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi produktif berbasis zakat. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Variabel X adalah peran Lembaga Karya Masyaraka Mandiri dan variabel Y perubahan perilaku untuk kemandirian penerima manfaat program. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Peran Lembaga Karya Masyarakat Mandiri (peran fasilitator, peran pendidik dan peran teknis) terhadap perubahan perilaku hampir mendekati 40 %. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil SPSS koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,382. Pengaruh ini sangat nyata (signifikan) yang ditunjukkan dengan probabilitas 0,00**. Pengaruh peran Lembaga Karya Masyarakat Mandiri sangat nyata bagi perubahan perilaku untuk kemandirian penerima manfaat program.
