Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum dan tanggung jawab pengelola dalam kasus wanprestasi arisan daring berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 1/Pdt.G.S/2021/PN Trt. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan hukum normatif dengan fokus pada studi kasus, analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, dan interpretasi sistematis terhadap Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata), Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), serta Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Tapanuli Utara tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian arisan daring antara Penggugat dan Tergugat sah secara hukum meskipun terdapat perdebatan mengenai kecakapan Tergugat. Hakim memutuskan bahwa Tergugat terbukti melakukan wanprestasi karena gagal memenuhi kewajibannya, namun hanya diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi berupa pokok utang sebesar Rp65.450.000,00 tanpa bunga konvensional. Penulis berpendapat bahwa penolakan bunga tersebut kurang sejalan dengan asas kepastian hukum dalam Pasal 1338 KUHPerdata. Penegakan perlindungan hukum dalam arisan daring memerlukan regulasi yang lebih spesifik, transparansi, serta keseimbangan antara prinsip keadilan dan kepastian hukum bagi semua pihak.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to provide early education and intervention for students at SDN 03 Desa Persatuan Poyato Barat regarding the dangers of bullying and the importance of building a safe and inclusive school environment. In addition, the program introduced basic English literacy through thematic vocabulary related to emotions, social interaction, and positive values. The three-day activity involved educational socialization, group discussions, role-playing simulations, and contextual English language learning. More than 60 students from grades IV, V, and VI actively participated in all sessions. The results indicated an increased understanding of different forms of bullying, improved empathy, and the use of simple English expressions in social contexts. This program demonstrates that a participatory approach combining character education and English literacy is effective in fostering social awareness and basic language skills simultaneously.

Abstract

Productivity is one of the main indicators of an organization’s success in achieving its goals. Amid dynamic environmental changes, effective leadership becomes a key factor that determines an organization’s ability to manage resources, motivate employees, and direct work processes. This article aims to examine the role of effective leadership in enhancing organizational productivity by reviewing the fundamental concepts of leadership, the characteristics of effective leaders, and the mechanisms through which leadership influences performance and productivity. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various sources related to leadership, human resource management, and organizational productivity. The results of the review indicate that effective leadership is reflected in the ability to build a vision, communicate clearly, empower employees, provide motivation, and apply leadership styles that are appropriate to the organizational context. Effective leadership contributes to increased productivity by creating a positive work climate, improving employee commitment, job satisfaction, and discipline. This article concludes that efforts to enhance organizational productivity cannot be separated from the development of leadership capacity at all managerial levels.
