Abstract

Abstrak. Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengatasi tingkah laku anak. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan agar mengetahui pokok permasalahan yang terjadi kepada siswa di sekolah, memahami motivasi belajar, tingkah laku dan hubungan metode pembelajaran pendidik dengan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru bimbingan konseling menggunakan pendekatan mediasi, memantau, memberikan arahan kepada siswa untuk dapat membedakan mana yang baik dan buruk. Apabila anak-anak memiliki masalah tingkah laku seperti mengejek nama orang tua, itu dikarenakan peralihan dari siswa sekolah dasar ke siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Perilaku buruk tersebut secara perlahan dihilangkan dengan guru memberikan arahan dan pengetahuan dengan memberikan contoh yang baik. Kata Kunci. Peran Guru; Bimbingan Konseling; Bullying; Siswa   Abstract. The role of the guidance and counseling teacher is needed in dealing with children's behavior. The purpose of this research was to find out the main problems that occur with students at school, understand learning motivation, behavior and the relationship between educators' learning methods and students. The research method used is interviews and literature studies. The results of the research show that guidance and counseling teachers use a mediation approach, monitoring, giving directions to students to be able to distinguish between what is good and what is bad. If children have behavior problems such as mocking parents' names, it is due to the transition from elementary school students to junior high school students. The bad behavior is slowly eliminated by the teacher providing direction and knowledge by setting a good example. Keywords. Teacher's Role; Counseling Guidance; Bullying; Student

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran game-based learning berbantuan media quizlet terhadap hasil belajar dan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Medan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Medan dengan jumlah sampel kelas eksperimen 30 siswa dan kelas kontrol 30 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan angket. Pengolah data statistic baik validitas, reliabilitas serta analisisnya menggunakan excel. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran game-based learning berbantuan media quizlet terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai T-hitung (8,987) > T-tabel (2,002). (2) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran game-based learning berbantuan media quizlet terhadap kemandirian belajar dengan nilai T-hitung (2,400) > T-tabel (2,002). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran game-based learning berbantuan media quizlet terhadap hasil belajar dan kemandirian belajar siswa.                                       ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of the game-based learning model assisted by Quizlet media on the learning outcomes and learning independence of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Medan. This research method is quantitative with a quasi-experimental type of research. The research population was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Medan with a sample size of 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. The sampling technique is based on the criteria set by the researcher, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. Processing statistical data for validity, reliability and analysis using Excel. The research results reveal that (1) there is an influence of the game-based learning model assisted by Quizlet media on learning outcomes with a value of (8.987) >  (2.002). (2) there is an influence of the game-based learning model assisted by Quizlet media on learning independence with a value of  (2,400) >  (2,002). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the game-based learning model assisted by Quizlet media on learning outcomes and student learning independence.
