Abstract

A company implements an internal control system to support running its business. The application of the accounting system is applied according to the situation faced in assisting the company in providing the data and information needed by management in making decisions, carrying out supervision and operating the company efficiently.  One system that requires extra supervision is cash.  Cash requires special attention, because it is easily transferable and ownership cannot be proven, therefore internal control over cash disbursements is required. The formulation of the problem put forward in this paper is about the accounting system for cash disbursements at PT Pratama Mitra Sejati Jakarta. This research aims to determine the accounting information system, especially the existing cash receipts system of PT. Pratama Mitra Sejati Jakarta with the company's theory and SOP. This research uses qualitative research using data collection techniques and literature and field studies by means of observation and interviews.  The results of the research carried out can be concluded that PT. Pratama Mitra Sejati Jakarta has a fairly good Cash Disbursement Accounting System.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu para staf PKBM Ristek Nusantara dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan (soft skill) yang akan digunakan dalam membekali peserta didik menjadi lulusan yang siap terap dan memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk dapat tampil di muka umum. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di gedung PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya Raya Jakarta pada tanggal 23 Juni 2023 dengan durasi 3 jam. Kegiatan ini diisi oleh dosen Politenik LP3I yang sesuai bidang keahlian untuk menjadi narasumber sesuai dengan tema kegiatan. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu diawali dengan persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dilanjutkan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan pelatihan dan tahapan pembuatan laporan kegiatan serta dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan rencana. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan semangat para staf PKBM Ristek Nusantara dalam meningkatkan service excellent melalui personality development dan communication skills. Selain itu, luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah publikasi jurnal pengabdian masyarakat di jurnal ilmiah nasional.

Abstract

To support the process of teaching and learning activities in the vocational field, one of the learning processes is carried out at the SMK level. Every student who graduates from vocational school, as well as students from SMK 1 Barunawati, is required to have skills and be ready to work because vocational school graduates are usually not recognized by the business/industry world. Therefore, a Dual System Education (PSG) program was held, namely by implementing Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN) so that every vocational school graduate student has experience in the business world before entering the business world for real after graduating from school. In accordance with the results of observations and research from the Directorate of Vocational Secondary Education, the pattern of implementation at Vocational Schools has not clearly been able to produce graduates as expected. This can be seen from the learning conditions which are not yet conducive to producing professional workers, because a person's professional skills are not solely measured by mastery of knowledge elements and work techniques, but must be complemented by mastery of good work skills. There are two parties, namely educational institutions and employment opportunities (industry/companies or certain agencies) which jointly organize a vocational skills program. Thus both parties should be involved and responsible.
