Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are a village economic institution/entity that is a legal entity formed and owned by the Village Government, managed independently and professionally with capital that is wholly or mostly separated village assets. Ultimately, BUMDes was formed with the aim of increasing business opportunities in order to strengthen village autonomy and reduce unemployment. With Law No. 6 of 2014, the village government is given broader authority in terms of developing and empowering the economy of the village community in accordance with the potential, opportunities and capabilities of the village. However, many economic potentials of villages cannot be optimally utilized by the village to improve the economy and welfare of the community due to limited management strategies in managing BUMDes businesses and limited Human Resource capabilities in managing BUMDes. To achieve this goal, the Lecturers together with Students of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic held incidental training for the community and BUMDes Managers of Tugu Selatan Tourism Village in order to provide knowledge and understanding of SWOT analysis and Management Strategy so that it is hoped that the community and BUMDes Managers can further optimize the efforts that are currently being carried out and analyze how to make Tugu Selatan Tourism Village more advanced and developed and known by the wider community.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and programs designed to improve critical thinking skills in individuals in preparation for further education and facing the challenges of the world of work. This research was conducted involving a group of participants consisting of vocational school students who were in class The research methods used include literature analysis, surveys, observations and implementation of special training programs focused on developing critical thinking. Surveys were conducted before and after the training to measure changes in participants' critical thinking abilities. Survey results and qualitative data from training sessions were analyzed to evaluate the program's impact. The conclusion of this research and community service activity is that OTKP Vocational School students can improve their ability to think critically so they can make decisions in the future whether they choose to continue their education at college or choose to look for work. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic as one of the tertiary institutions has an active role in providing understanding to the community so that people know more about vocational education. One way is to provide seminars like this to build public awareness and understanding of the importance of the world of education, especially vocational education in tertiary institutions Keyword : Critical Thinking Skill, Further Education, Preparation For The World Of Work

Abstract

To support the process of teaching and learning activities in the vocational field, one of the learning processes is carried out at the SMK level. Every student who graduates from vocational school, as well as students from SMK 1 Barunawati, is required to have skills and be ready to work because vocational school graduates are usually not recognized by the business/industry world. Therefore, a Dual System Education (PSG) program was held, namely by implementing Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN) so that every vocational school graduate student has experience in the business world before entering the business world for real after graduating from school. In accordance with the results of observations and research from the Directorate of Vocational Secondary Education, the pattern of implementation at Vocational Schools has not clearly been able to produce graduates as expected. This can be seen from the learning conditions which are not yet conducive to producing professional workers, because a person's professional skills are not solely measured by mastery of knowledge elements and work techniques, but must be complemented by mastery of good work skills. There are two parties, namely educational institutions and employment opportunities (industry/companies or certain agencies) which jointly organize a vocational skills program. Thus both parties should be involved and responsible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of employee job satisfaction towards the company at PT Remala Abadi. Job satisfaction is one of the important factors that affect employee productivity and loyalty in an organization. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to all employees who are respondents. Data were analyzed using a Likert scale and analyzed based on the calculation of actual scores, ideal scores, and percentage levels of satisfaction. The results of the study showed that the level of employee job satisfaction at PT Remala Abadi reached 80%, which is included in the high category. This reflects that most employees are satisfied with various aspects of the work environment, including relationships with superiors, work facilities, updates, and internal communication. However, there are still several aspects that need to be considered to be improved, such as training new employees and providing certain work facilities. With these results, the company is expected to be able to maintain factors that have provided high satisfaction and make continuous improvements to aspects that are still considered less than optimal.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional karena berkontribusi besar terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek pemasaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan oleh 25 pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Bojong Rangkas melalui penerapan artificial intelligence (AI) marketing. Proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan inkuiri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung di balai desa dengan penyampaian materi terkait AI marketing, serta kunjungan lapangan ke sentra pengrajin tas dan lokasi agrowisata. Untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting terkait dimensi manajemen pada UMKM, digunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui perhitungan skor rata-rata Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi pemasaran, sekitar 80% responden telah aktif menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace, namun belum memanfaatkannya secara optimal untuk memasarkan produk. Pada dimensi keuangan, sebagian besar UMKM belum memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang profesional. Sementara pada dimensi sumber daya, hanya sedikit UMKM yang mengembangkan pengetahuan terkait pemasaran produk. Pada dimensi pengembangan produk, hanya 32% UMKM yang meluncurkan varian baru dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Setelah mengikuti penyampaian materi dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini, para pelaku UMKM mulai mendapatkan pencerahan dan merasa lebih percaya diri bahwa peluang pasar UMKM dapat meningkat apabila mereka memasarkan produknya melalui strategi AI marketing.
