Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat produk tabungan mudharabah dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah koperasi BMT Maslahah cabang Grati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif naratif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk tabungan mudharabah memiliki beberapa keunggulan yang dapat menarik minat nasabah. Pertama, menabung mudharabah memberikan kesempatan kepada nasabah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan berdasarkan bagi hasil yang diperoleh melalui investasi yang dilakukan oleh koperasi BMT Maslahah. Hal ini menjadi daya tarik bagi nasabah yang ingin meningkatkan nilai simpanan tabungannya dengan potensi penghasilan yang lebih tinggi. Kedua, produk tabungan mudharabah memperkenalkan prinsip kesetaraan dalam pembagian keuntungan antara nasabah dengan koperasi BMT Maslahah. Klien memiliki kemampuan untuk membagikan hasil berdasarkan bagian investasi mereka. Kejelasan mekanisme bagi hasil ini telah membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap koperasi BMT Maslahah. Ketiga, Koperasi BMT Maslahah memiliki reputasi yang baik dalam mengelola dana nasabah dan investasi yang dilakukan. Hal ini semakin memberikan kepercayaan kepada calon nasabah yang ingin membuka rekening tabungan mudharabah. Selain itu, koperasi memberikan informasi yang transparan mengenai kinerja investasi yang dilakukan sehingga nasabah dapat melihat potensi keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh. Berkat keunggulan tersebut, produk tabungan mudharabah dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Koperasi BMT Maslahah cabang Grati. Riset ini memungkinkan koperasi untuk lebih mengoptimalkan promosi dan layanan terkait produk tabungan mudharabah, serta memperkuat kerjasamanya dengan masyarakat untuk memperluas basis nasabahnya.

Abstract

Zakat mengandung pengertian tumbuh dan berkembang, karena dengan zakat diharapkan harta seseorang terus tumbuh dan bertambah baik dalam nyata di Dunia maupun di Akhirat. Zakat juga bisa berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, zakat juga merupakan ajaran yang melandasi bertumbuh kembangnya sebuah kekuatan ekonomi Islam. Dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ajaran Islam, zakat dapat pula dikatakan sebagai cambuk yang ampuh, yang membuat zakat tidak hanya menciptakan pertumbuhan material dan spiritual bagi orang-orang miskin, tapi juga dapat mengembangkan jiwa orang-orang kaya dermawan. Zakat, infaq, shadaqah, dan wakaf (ZISWAF) merupakan ibadah yang tidak hanya berhubungan dengan nilai ketuhanan saja, namun berkaitan juga dengan hubungan kemanusiaan yang bernilai sosial. ZISWAF juga memiliki manfaat yang sangat penting dan strategis dilihat dari sudut pandang ajaran Islam maupun dari aspek pembangunan kesejahteraan umat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuantitatif, peneltian kuantiatif suatu penelitian yang ada pada dasarnnya menggunakan pendekatan deduktif-induktif, pendekatan ini berangkat dari suatu kerangka teori, gagasan para ahli, maupun pemahaman peneliti berdasarkan pengalamannya. Mengenai sosialisasi ZISWAF yang terdapat di Yatim Mandiri Kabupaten Pasuruan, saat ini sudah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik. Hal tersebut berdasarkan benyaknha keberadaan badan Amil Zakat serta lembaga-lembaga amil zakat terbesar diseluruh Indonesia. Kita mengetahui bahwa yang mengelola ZISWAF adalah badan ataupun lembaga Amil Zakata yang biasanya dikenal dengan BAZNAS dan LAZNAS.

Abstract

Since the enactment of the Halal Product Guarantee Law on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the number of MSMEs that are halal-certified in Pasuruan Regency has experienced a rapid increase. This situation indicates that the halal certification of MSME products has an important position in society. The purpose of this study was to find out Halal Certification for Strengthening Product Branding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with an instrumental case study approach because you want to understand or emphasize an understanding of an issue or reformulate a theoretical explanation. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses qualitative data analysis, and the results of this study emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The stages in this research were first, formulating the problem as the focus of research, second, collecting data in the field, third, analyzing data, and fourth formulating the results of a study on Halal Certification for Strengthening MSME Product Branding in Pasuruan Regency. The results showed that the halal certification of MSME products in Pasuruan Regency did not yet have the power of branding from consumer perceptions, due to several indicators, namely brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and consumer brand loyalty. MSME products that are halal certified are still low. The low level of these indicators is due to differences in education levels, environmental conditions, and low knowledge of halal certification.

Abstract

Ujrah is the payment of salary or wages promised by the first party to the second party based on the work that has been done or the results of that work. This concept emphasizes that ujrah is a reward for the work a person has done. In the context of muamalah fiqh, transactions between money and human labor are referred to as ujrah or wages. In the perspective of Islamic law, wages (ujrah) are a right obtained by individuals who have worked, and it is the employer's obligation to pay them. Wage regulation is included in the ijarah category in muamalah fiqh. Sources of Islamic law that serve as guidelines for resolving various wage problems include the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and Ijma', as well as various other relevant legal sources. This research aims to evaluate the concept of ujrah as the basis for an employee wage system in a company context, taking into account Islamic principles and state legal policies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Research instruments include observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that payments to workers are adjusted to their respective fields of work. Fairness in wage payments is considered important, where workers must receive wages fairly and adequately. According to employees, the principle of fairness in paying wages is when there is no difference in treatment between one employee and another based on the work they do. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the wages received by employees are in accordance with the agreement that has been made. Keywords: Ujrah concept, Ujrah, wages, wage system.

Abstract

Sharia cooperatives are part of sharia financial institutions (LKS) which are based on sharia principles. The main objective is to promote community welfare through a profit- and falah-oriented approach. This research aims to determine and analyze strategies for resolving problematic financing at the Alfamabruk Wonorejo Pasuruan sharia cooperative. This is important because if it is not handled immediately it can damage the cooperative's performance and become an obstacle in business development due to financial difficulties. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach in which researchers carry out field studies to obtain accurate information by conducting interviews, then from these results data analysis and data credibility are carried out in order to obtain good results. The results of the research concluded that the factors that cause financing problems are business failure, poor character of customers, misuse of capital, increasing unemployment due to the difficult economic situation, due to the Covid-19 disaster. The strategy used by the Alfamabruk Wonorejo sharia cooperative is through rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring and using a personal approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fintech in the transformation of the Islamic financial sector in East Java. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores how fintech has influenced the accessibility of Islamic financial services, driven product innovation, and faced challenges in its implementation. The results ofthe study show that fintech contributes significantly to expanding Islamic financial inclusion, especially in remote areas, through digital services that facilitate financial transactions. In addition, product innovations such as Islamic crowdfunding and Islamic peer-to-peer financing are increasingly enriching the choice of financial services that are in accordance with Islamic principles. However, the challenges faced include the low digital financial literacy of the community and regulations that do not fully support the development of Islamic fintech. This study recommends increasing digital financial literacy and strengthening more flexible regulations to support fintech innovation in Islamic finance. With this step, it is hoped that fintech can continue to accelerate the transformation of the Islamic financial sector in East Java and expand financial inclusion throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Ekosistem industri halal di Indonesia dapat menguasai pasar domestik dan global. Kawasan Industri Halal (KIH) harus mampu menyediakan sumber bahan baku dan produksi bersertifikat halal, seperti yang terjadi di PT. Sentral Box Traindo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur dan bahan dasar yang digunakan dalam pembuatan kemasan di PT. Sentral Box Traindo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pembangunan KIH di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal untuk kemasan plastik dan kertas yang digunakan untuk makanan, minuman, obat-obatan, serta produk toiletries (sabun, pasta gigi, shampoo, detergen, pewangi lantai, dan pewangi pakaian) yang diproduksi oleh PT. Sentral Box Traindo menjadi kewajiban sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 31 Tahun 2019, Peraturan Menteri Agama (PMA) Nomor 26 Tahun 2019, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 2021, khususnya

Abstract

The purpose of this study 1) to determine the phenomenon of self-declaring halal certification for food and beverage product MSME actors in Pasuruan 2) to understand the knowledge of the self-declaring halal certification concept for food and beverage product MSME actors in Pasuruan 3) to prove self-declaring for MSME’s halal certification, food and beverage products can increase awareness of halal certification in Pasuruan . This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach to describe and understand the essence of the experience of MSME in food and beverage products conducting halal certification through the self-declaring route in Pasuruan Regency. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 typologies in the self-declaring phenomenon of halal certification for food and beverage product MSME actors in Pasuruan Regency, namely 1) food and beverage product MSME actors who state that they understand self-declaring halal certification, 2) food and beverage product MSME actors typology. and beverages stating that they do not understand self-declaring halal certification and 3) typology of food and beverage product MSME actors who state that they do not understand self-declaring halal certification with various arguments based on the level of understanding and experience felt by each food and beverage product MSME actor. drinks in Pasuruan Regency. It can be concluded that a good understanding, experience in applying for halal certification and intense assistance from halal product companions will increase awareness of halal certification through the self-declaring pathway for food and beverage product MSME actors in Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) in poultry slaughtering practices. The research focuses on assessing the conformity of the slaughtering process with HAS standards and identifying factors that influence the effectiveness of its implementation. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation using triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed descriptively through the processes of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of HAS has been carried out in accordance with Islamic principles, including the recitation of basmalah, the orientation toward the qibla, and the cutting of the three vital channels. However, weaknesses remain in documentation, internal audit routines, and staff training. These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive halal assurance implementation to ensure compliance with Islamic law while enhancing consumer trust in animal-based products. This study is expected to contribute to the strengthening of halal governance within the poultry slaughtering industry in Indonesia.
