Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap motivasi dan minat belajar mahasiswa.  Penelitian dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta (STEI). Dengan menggunakan metode porposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen angkatan 2018 dan 2019,  ditetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 2022. Hasil penelitiaan menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap motivasi belajar, dan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap minat belajar.Kata kunci : Pembelajaran Online, Motivasi Belajar dan Minat Belajar ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the impact of online learning on the motivation and interest of students. The study was carried out among students of the School of Economics Indonesia Jakarta (STEI). Using purposive sampling, students from the 2018 and 2019 cohorts of the Bachelor of Management program were selected as the sample, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used was SmartPLS 2022. The research results show that there is an influence of online learning on learning motivation and an influence of online learning on learning interest.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Motivation, and Learning Interest
