Abstract

Literacy and numeracy learning in grade 1 children is very important to develop their basic skills. The purpose of this study was to explain the use of the Mystery Box Challenge media on the early numeracy literacy skills of grade 1 students at MI Haji Hasyim, describe the numeracy literacy skills after using the Mystery Box Challenge media, and describe the problems that arise when teachers use the Mystery Box Challenge media. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation using a qualitative approach. The Miles and Huberman model is the reference framework in data analysis to produce accurate, relevant, and descriptive conclusions. This study revealed several important findings related to the learning process in mathematics learning when using mystery box media on numeracy literacy skills which went very well, numeracy literacy skills after using mystery box media were 20 students who reached levels 1-4 while 4 students still reached levels 1-2, and the obstacles experienced were the learning time which took quite a long time and numeracy literacy learning at the previous level of education was less than optimal.

Abstract

This activity focused on developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students at the Mercu Buana Community Learning Center (PKBM) through a workshop on making ecoprint tote bags. The edupreneur concept was implemented to integrate entrepreneurial elements into education to foster independence, creativity, and practical skills. Through structured training and mentoring methods (planning, implementation, and evaluation), students were taught the theory of natural materials and the practical application of producing bags that are market-competitive. This activity successfully enhanced students' creativity, production skills, and insight into environmentally friendly business opportunities. Other positive impacts were seen in increased learning motivation, independence, and interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, the ecoprint tote bag training at PKBM Mercu Buana has proven effective as a mentoring tool for edupreneurs, equipping students with practical and sustainable entrepreneurial skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran diferensiasi agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar yang beragam dari siswa saat melakukan kegiatan membaca puisi baik melalui pemilihan teks dan strategi pembelajaran maupun bentuk apresiasi yang diberikan kepada peserta didik, untuk mengevaluasi penerapan pendekatan humanis kritis dalam mendorong siswa agar lebih berani, merasa nyaman dan memiliki kesadaran diri yang tinggi saat mengekspresikan pemaknaan puisi dengan lebih mendalam, untuk mengetahui berbagai tantangam yang dihadapi oleh guru ketika menerapkan pembelajaran diferensiasi yang berlandaskan humanis kritis yang mencakup keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis antar siswa serta kesiapan masing-masing siswa untuk mengikuti aktivitas apresiasi puisi.Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru dan siswa di SD Mujahidin 2 Surabaya. Adapun teknik dalam menganalisa data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dalam bentuk deskripsi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis humanis kritis berhasil menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kontekstual dalam kategori baik, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna.
