Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kinerja produksi pada usaha tahu STB Parak Karakah. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja produksi antara lain kualitas bahan baku, efisiensi proses produksi, keterampilan tenaga kerja, dan penerapan teknologi. Strategi yang diusulkan meliputi optimalisasi manajemen rantai pasok, peningkatan standar mutu produksi, pelatihan karyawan, serta modernisasi peralatan produksi. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan daya saing usaha tahu STB Parak Karakah di pasar lokal maupun regional.

Abstract

Badan Pendapatan Daerah merupakan unsur pelaksana penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah di bidang pendapatan daerah yang dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Badan yang berada dibawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Walikota melalui Sekretaris Daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemipinan Transformasional terhdap Kineja Pegawai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Badan Pendapatan Derah Kota Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3 dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung variabel paling dominan yaitu Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan instansi  mempunyai suasana lingkungan kerja yang nyaman sehingga dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dibuktikan dengan pegawai yang sudah merasa aman dan nyaman dalam bekerja. Dimana semakin baik Organizational Citizenship Behavior maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai tersebut. Sementara pengujian secara tidak langsung untuk variabel paling dominan menyatakan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegwai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Semakin baik Lingkungan Kerja dalam sebuah organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula Kinerja pegawainya, Pemimpin Badan Pendapatan Daerah hendaknya lebih meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalaui penerapan Kepemipinan Transformasional yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) identify the reasons behind the tradition of migration among Minangkabau women in Kemiri Muka Market, Beji, Depok City, West Java Province; and (2) examine the dynamics of the matrilineal system experienced by Minangkabau women traders in Kemiri Muka Market, Beji, Depok City, West Java Province, during migration. This research employs a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that: (1) the push factors driving Minangkabau women to migrate are economic and educational needs, while the pull factors include easier access to education, better income and employment opportunities, and encouragement from family members—such as siblings or husbands—who had migrated earlier. (2) The dynamics of the matrilineal system in relation to the preservation, safeguarding, and management of ancestral property change when Minangkabau women migrate. After migration, the status of traditional assets—such as the rumah gadang (traditional house), fields, and rice paddies—undergoes transformation. The rumah gadang, which historically served not only as a physical residence but also as a cultural symbol, has shifted in function and is now often inhabited by sons, even though it is traditionally reserved for daughters. Likewise, fields and plantations are now managed by male descendants, and rice paddies are handled solely by family members who remain in the village. When Minangkabau women choose to migrate, they no longer fulfill their traditional role as daughters in preserving, safeguarding, and managing ancestral property.

Abstract

Humanistic psychology is a theoretical approach in psychology that views the focus of problems on human behavior as a whole individual. Based on this, the problem in this research is how to study humanistic psychology in the novel Nyanyian Gurukinayan by Albert Purba. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe, and understand how the form of humanistic psychology studies in the novel Nyanyian Gurukinayan by Albert Purba. Theresearch method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the novel Nyanyian Gurukinayan by Albert Purbasucceeded in fulfilling the aspects of the stratified needs according to Abraham Maslow's theory, including physiological needs, security needs, love, and belonging needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs which are depicted in the main character ancient fate.

Abstract

Writing skills are very important for students' personal development, it seems that fourth grade students do not enjoy teaching writing skills. Fourth grade students face problems in the use of punctuation marks and capital letters. This study aims to determine whether scrapbooks are a learning tool that might be of interest to fourth grade students. This research examines the use of scrapbooks on the writing skills of MI Haji Hasyim students, how their writing skills develop after using scrapbooks, the obstacles teachers face in carrying out learning, and the advantages of scrapbooks, namely helping students learn new vocabulary through games. This type of descriptive qualitative research was used in this research to explain how effective the use of Scrapbook media is on students' writing abilities in the fourth grade of elementary school. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation and interviews. In their data analysis, researchers used the Miles and Huberman model to analyze their data, reduce it, describe it, and draw conclusions. Qualitative data is analyzed in stages until it becomes complete data. The research results show that teachers must update the activities to be carried out and issue scrapbook media based on the results of students' LKPD in class IV. Of the 23 students, there are some who are not yet skilled in writing. Teachers also face problems due to lack of attention and encouragement of students' interest in learning. Apart from that, students are less fluent in reading and writing at the previous level.

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy learning in grade 1 children is very important to develop their basic skills. The purpose of this study was to explain the use of the Mystery Box Challenge media on the early numeracy literacy skills of grade 1 students at MI Haji Hasyim, describe the numeracy literacy skills after using the Mystery Box Challenge media, and describe the problems that arise when teachers use the Mystery Box Challenge media. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation using a qualitative approach. The Miles and Huberman model is the reference framework in data analysis to produce accurate, relevant, and descriptive conclusions. This study revealed several important findings related to the learning process in mathematics learning when using mystery box media on numeracy literacy skills which went very well, numeracy literacy skills after using mystery box media were 20 students who reached levels 1-4 while 4 students still reached levels 1-2, and the obstacles experienced were the learning time which took quite a long time and numeracy literacy learning at the previous level of education was less than optimal.
