Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of educational institutions in producing quality and highly competitive graduates. The main focus of this research is to analyze the strategies and policies implemented by educational institutions to improve the quality and competitiveness of their graduates in the job market. This research method involves surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis of several higher education institutions and secondary schools. This research is directed at evaluating the curriculum, teaching methods and supporting facilities provided by educational institutions in creating a learning environment that is conducive to the development of skills and knowledge relevant to the demands of the current job market. Apart from that, this research will also assess the effectiveness of internship programs, collaboration with industry, and career support provided by educational institutions to their students. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the efforts of educational institutions to produce graduates who not only have academic competence, but also practical skills and a strong understanding of industry needs. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in order to increase the quality and competitiveness of graduates in this era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the financial strategies implemented in improving the quality of financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. Good quality financial management in schools is a crucial factor in supporting the achievement of educational goals and human resource development. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to school finances. This research will focus on identifying financial strategies that have been implemented, such as budget allocation, financial resource management, and financial performance evaluation. SWOT analysis will be used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing financial strategies at SMPN 3 Cilegon. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the financial strategies that have been implemented, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to improve financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. The implications of this research can be a basis for policy makers, school principals and related parties in designing strategic policies that are more effective in improving the quality of financial management in secondary level educational institutions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and competence on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in Junior High Schools in Grogol District, Cilegon City. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative research. This research method is an associative type of research. The population and sample size are 106. The results of this study are that incentives have a significant effect on performance of 69.3% (path coefficient 0.541). Competence has a significant effect on performance of 50.3% (path coefficient 0.202). Incentives have a significant effect on work motivation of 38.2% (path coefficient 0.243). Competence has a significant effect on work motivation of 44.3% (path coefficient 0.345). Work motivation has a significant effect on performance of 48.2% (path coefficient 0.187). Incentives do not significantly influence teacher performance through work motivation (path coefficient 0.045). Competence does not significantly influence teacher performance through work motivation (path coefficient 0.081). In conclusion, incentives and competence significantly influence teacher performance, incentives significantly influence work motivation, and work motivation significantly influences teacher performance. However, incentives and competence do not significantly influence teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in junior high schools in Grogol District, Cilegon City.
