Abstract

Setiap organisasi beroperasi dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan mudah berubah dan oleh karena itu organisasi harus mengadopsi pendekatan untuk mengelola perubahan. Dalam manajemen perubahan, model Lewin banyak dipergunakan sebagai pedoman bagi suatu institusi untuk menerapkan, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi perubahan yang terjadi. Model Lewin dikenal sebagai teori klasik dan sebagai pedoman bagi organisasi untuk mengimplementasikan, mengelola dan mengevaluasi perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model perubahan dari Kurt Lewin. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplorasi, dimana mengkaji literatur untuk menyajikan dimensi dan karakteristik perubahan organisasi teori dari Kurt Lewin. Teori perubahan organisasi Kurt Lewin ini memiliki 3 tahapan yaitu, mencairkan (Unfreeze), perubahan (Movement) dan membekukan kembali (Refreeze). Diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman kita tentang teori perubahan Kurt Lewin dalam konteks organisasi dan penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi para peneliti akademis dan praktisi.

Abstract

Perubahan dapat diartikan sebagai peralihan ke situasi atau keadaan yang baru atau berbeda. perubahan adalah misi paling berisiko di organisasi mana pun, dengan 70% inisiatif perubahan tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Perubahan terbagi atas dua yaitu inkremental dan tranformasional. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui secara mendalam terkait perubahan inkremental dan transformasional. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan studi literatur. Perubahan inkremental memiliki 3 tipe, Smooth incremental change, Bumpy incremental change dan Discontinuous change. Dan perubahan transformasional juga terbagi atas 3 tipe juga. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan inkremental adalah peruabahan yang baik karena terjadi sepanjang waktu dalam organisasi dan membantu meningkatkan atau memodifikasi produk, proses, prosedur, atau sistem yang ada.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of financial innovation on the quality of education through financial management at SDN Kranggot. Based on data from interviews, observations, and document analysis, the main findings include the implementation of financial innovations such as digital financial systems, project fund management, and community involvement. This innovation has increased the efficiency and transparency of school financial management. Better fund management has supported the provision of better educational facilities, teacher training, and the provision of learning materials. Parental and local community involvement has also increased, contributing to the raising of additional funds and increasing accountability in the management of school funds. However, challenges such as limited resources and technical skills require solutions such as staff training. This research highlights the importance of financial innovation in improving the quality of education, while emphasizing the need for investment in capacity development to address emerging challenges

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM), a comprehensive quality management approach, has been proven to increase efficiency and effectiveness in various sectors, including education. However, its implementation in elementary schools, especially in Cilegon City, is often not optimal. This problem will affect TQM on teacher performance through work commitment and reward management systems in these schools. This shows that there is a gap between the expected implementation of TQM and the existing reality, where many schools have not fully adopted or integrated TQM principles in daily operations. There are still many schools that have not implemented TQM effectively, often facing problems in inconsistent learning standards and school management. This research aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Management Reward on teacher performance with work commitment as an intervening variable in elementary schools in Jombang District, Cilegon City. In the educational context, the application of TQM principles is important to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education. On the other hand, Management Rewards play a role in motivating and appreciating teachers so that they can improve their performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a number of elementary school teachers as respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to test the relationship between the variables studied. The research results show that the implementation of TQM and Management Reward has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Work commitment was found to be an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of TQM and Management Reward on teacher performance. These findings emphasize that to achieve optimal teacher performance, integration between quality and reward management strategies is needed, as well as strengthening teacher work commitment. The practical implication of this research is that it is important for school policy makers to implement TQM and an effective reward system to increase teacher commitment and overall performance

Abstract

Generation Z teenagers often face emotional pressure that comes from various sources, such as academic stress, social interactions, and societal demands. This has the potential to cause mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. This article aims to provide an up-to-date analysis of character management and emotional regulation relevant to Generation Z, with an emphasis on high moral and ethical values. Implementing strategies such as emotional education, wise use of technology, adequate access to mental health services, and creating a supportive environment is very important. Apart from that, parental involvement, training for teachers, and participation in extracurricular activities are also crucial factors. Collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are needed to create an environment that can support positive growth for Generation Z. Character education management is key in ensuring their mental and emotional well-being. By understanding the challenges, they face and implementing the right strategies, we can help Generation Z develop the skills needed to deal with pressure and become healthy, competitive individuals in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of strategic planning in financial management to support educational success at the Kampung Baru State Elementary School (SDN). Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions (FGD), this research highlights challenges, best practices, and recommendations for improving financial management in these schools. The research results reveal that SDN Kampung Baru faces significant challenges in managing limited financial resources, including a lack of funding and increasing operational costs. However, best practices such as careful budget management and active participation from stakeholders have been identified as important factors in improving the effectiveness of school financial management. Strategic recommendations resulting from this research include the development of a long-term financial strategic plan that involves participation from all relevant parties, increasing transparency and accountability in school financial management. This research also contributes to a better understanding of the importance of strategic planning in the context of school financial management and provides a foundation for further research in this area

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of educational institutions in producing quality and highly competitive graduates. The main focus of this research is to analyze the strategies and policies implemented by educational institutions to improve the quality and competitiveness of their graduates in the job market. This research method involves surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis of several higher education institutions and secondary schools. This research is directed at evaluating the curriculum, teaching methods and supporting facilities provided by educational institutions in creating a learning environment that is conducive to the development of skills and knowledge relevant to the demands of the current job market. Apart from that, this research will also assess the effectiveness of internship programs, collaboration with industry, and career support provided by educational institutions to their students. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the efforts of educational institutions to produce graduates who not only have academic competence, but also practical skills and a strong understanding of industry needs. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in order to increase the quality and competitiveness of graduates in this era of globalization.

Abstract

This research explores the important role of financial management in achieving educational excellence at SDN Gedong Dalem 01, Cilegon City. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research analyzes school financial data and conducts in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to understand the impact of effective financial management on the quality of education. The research results show that transparency, efficiency and wise allocation of funds are important factors in improving the quality of education in these schools. These findings are consistent with previous research which confirms the importance of good financial management in achieving educational goals. Practical implications of this research include the need to expand managerial and financial capacity for school staff through training and technical support. This research makes a significant contribution in strengthening understanding of the relationship between school financial management and the achievement of educational excellence, as well as providing direction for concrete efforts to improve managerial and financial capabilities at the school level
