Abstract

Background: School Children's Snack Food (PJAS) is still an important problem. Lack of knowledge is one of the reasons why children continue to consume unhealthy snacks. Even though these snacks contain additives that are carcinogenic to the body. The results of monitoring by the POM Agency show that school children's snacks do not meet the requirements, ranging from 40% - 44%. School children's snacks do not meet food safety requirements due to the use of dangerous ingredients that are prohibited for use in food such as formaldehyde, borax, rhodamine B dye and methanyl yellow. This is certainly a serious problem that requires attention from all parties. Additives that accumulate in a child's body will cause dangerous diseases. One strategy to improve children's knowledge and attitudes is through health counseling or education. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of health education using sound slide media on knowledge and action in choosing snacks among elementary school age children at SDN Garangan. Method: This study aims to determine the effect of health education using sound slide media on knowledge and action in choosing snacks among elementary school age children at SDN Garangan. Result: The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a significant influence between the influence of health education on knowledge and actions in choosing snacks, with a value of p=0.000 (p<0.05), which means that there is an influence of knowledge and actions before and after being given health education. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education using sound slide media on knowledge and action in choosing snacks for elementary school age children at SDN Garangan in 2024.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang rentan terjadi pada remaja. Risiko anemia pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain pendidikan, pengetahuan tentang anemia, dan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe. Ketidakpatuhan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, contohnya rasa dan bau tidak enak, efek samping mual, dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang dosis dan cara konsumsi yang benar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia dan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di SMA Bina Dirgantara Surakarta. Metode: Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasi dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswi kelas X dan XI SMK Bina Dirgantara Surakarta, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan GCHB. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori pengetahuan tinggi yaitu sebanyak 29 orang (58%). Sebagian besar responden termasuk dalam kategori tidak patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sebanyak 29 orang (58%). Sebagian besar responden mengalami anemia sebanyak 26 orang (52%). Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja (p-value = 0,077; p>0,05). Tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri (p-value = 0,077; p > 0,05). Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri.

Abstract

Background: : Preparation of a thesis proposal is an important stage in completing student studies, but is often faced with academic procrastination behavior. One factor that is thought to affect academic procrastination is self-efficacy or individual confidence in completing academic tasks. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of health education using sound slide media on knowledge and action in choosing snacks among elementary school age children at SDN Garangan. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in preparing thesis proposals in final semester nursing students at STIKes Estu Utomo Boyolali. Method: This research is a descriptive study in the form of a correlation study with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in March 2025. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling with a total of 49 student respondents. The research instrument used the College Academic Self-Efficacy Scale (CASES) questionnaire to measure self-efficacy and the Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) to measure academic procrastination. Data analysis using Spearman Rank test. Results: The results of the Spearman Rank test showed a p value of 0.000 which means there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination. The correlation coefficient value shows 0.524 so that between self-efficacy and academic procrastination has a relationship with moderate strength and negative direction. Conclusion: There is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in preparing proposals for final semester nursing students at STIKES Estu Utomo Boyolali
