Abstract

The national development program entering the industrializatorcion era is marked by increasing industrial growth, so it needs to be balanced with improving the quality of the workforce and the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHS). This study airmed to study the relationship between implementation the OHS and employee performance of PT Albany Indonesia Tuban. This study used cross sectional turth simple random sampling technique.Simple size was 37 employees at PT Albany Indonesia .Data collected using a OHS and Performence employees questionnairies. The results showed that there was a relationship between implementation the OHSwith employee performance, as by the results of spearman rank test,( p value = 0.007), this indicated that the correlation was statistically significant. The implementation of optimal OHS for employees is directly related to employee performance, because the implementation of OHS is one way to motivate employees to improve their performance

Abstract

Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a basic health activity organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers in a work area of the Health Center. The existence of posyandu in the community plays an important role, but there are still many community members who have not made full use of it. Type of quantitative research uses an observational analytical method with a cross sectional approach. The population of all mothers under five (aged 12-59 months) is 125. Accidental Sampling technique as many as 95 respondents. The independent variables were knowledge, perception of affordability and family support, while the dependent variable was the visit of mothers under five. The data was processed through editing, coding, scoring, and data tabulation, analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The research results showed that the majority (63%) of mothers under five actively visited the Posyandu in Deket Agung Village, the majority (64%) of mothers under five had sufficient knowledge, the majority (60%) had family support in the sufficient category, and the majority (57%) perceived reachability of the posyandu. The results of the Spearman Rank correlation test with a significance value of p value (0.001) α (0.05) with a correlation value (r) of Spearman Rank of knowledge of 0.833, perception of affordability of 0.568 and family support of 0.545. So that H1 is accepted, there is a relationship between knowledge, perception of affordability, family support and visits by mothers under five years old. The conclusion of the study is that knowledge, perception of affordability, and family support are factors influencing the visit of mothers under five to the posyandu. It is suggested that the posyandu can hold various activities to increase the motivation of mothers to visit the posyandu as well as provide varied and interesting additional food, as well as provide guidance to husbands/families so that they can play an active role.

Abstract

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) stands as one of the leading non-communicable diseases globally and significantly contributes to early mortality due to its complications. Early identification of high-risk individuals is essential in alleviating the burden of this disease. This study aimed to develop an early detection chatbot for T2DM based on machine learning using the Random Forest algorithm integrated into the Telegram platform. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach following the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The dataset used was the Pima Indians Diabetes dataset, which includes eight key health variables. The model was trained and tested to predict T2DM risk and implemented in an interactive chatbot developed using Python and the Telegram Bot API. The training results indicate that the Random Forest model achieved good performance with an accuracy of 85%, precision of 83%, and recall of 80%, demonstrating the model’s reliable and sensitive capability to detect diabetes risk. The chatbot effectively collects user health data through simple conversational interactions and provides real-time prediction results. System evaluation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 35 respondents showed a very positive response, with an average score of 4.5 out of 5, indicating that the chatbot is easy to use, informative, and beneficial as an educational and early screening tool for non-communicable diseases. Recommendations for future research include using localized datasets to better represent the Indonesian population and integrating the chatbot with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to enable direct clinical application by healthcare professionals
