Abstract

This research explores how transformational leadership, work environment, and workload affect the organizational commitment of the Kebumen Regency Education, Youth, and Sports Office. This census-based quantitative study used a sample of 120 respondents, and data were collected through questionnaires. Validity, reliability, and classical assumptions were tested before the analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 26 to test the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that transformational leadership does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, an excellent work environment greatly enhances employee welfare and has a substantial positive impact on organizational commitment. Workload is also found to positively affect organizational commitment, as a proportional workload encourages higher levels of employee accountability. Together, these three independent variables explain 55.4% of the variance in organizational commitment, with other factors accounting for the remaining portion. The study concludes that improving the work environment and managing workload effectively are key factors in increasing organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk buku ensiklopedia tumbuhan berbasis digital yang layak dan efektif sebagai media belajar materi “tumbuhan hijau” untuk siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development), tipe ADDIE dengan tahapan: 1) Analisis, 2) Desain, 3) Pengembangan, 4) Implementasi, dan 5) Evaluasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari - Agustus 2023. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV di SDIT Samawi, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian berupa produk buku ensiklopedia tumbuhan berbasis digital yang layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media belajar untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media diperoleh persentase skor rata-rata sebanyak 94.94% dengan nilai A “sangat baik” dan kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil uji coba buku ensiklopedia tumbuhan berbasis digital sebagai media belajar untuk siswa sekolah dasar dinyatakan efektif dengan perolehan skor persentase sebesar 86% kategori “sangat layak”.

Abstract

Analisis butir soal merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran karena mampu memastikan bahwa instrumen penilaian dapat mengukur kemampuan peserta didik secara objektif, valid, dan reliabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, komponen, implementasi, serta dampak analisis butir soal dalam evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, prosiding, dan artikel penelitian relevan periode 2022–2026 yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa analisis butir soal berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, serta efektivitas pengecoh pada instrumen evaluasi. Selain membantu guru menghasilkan soal yang lebih berkualitas dan sesuai tujuan pembelajaran, analisis butir soal juga berfungsi sebagai sarana refleksi untuk memperbaiki strategi pembelajaran, menyusun program remedial dan pengayaan, serta mengembangkan bank soal yang lebih terstandarisasi. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan waktu, kemampuan pengolahan data, dan pemanfaatan teknologi, analisis butir soal tetap memberikan manfaat yang besar dalam mendukung terciptanya evaluasi pembelajaran yang profesional, akurat, dan berbasis data.

Abstract

The development of digital technology offers opportunities for educators to create innovative learning, one of which is through the development of digital-based Student Worksheets (LKPD). This study aims to analyze the utilization of the Canva application in developing children's LKPD and its contribution to improving the quality, creativity, and learning motivation of students in the digital era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review (library research). Data were collected by reviewing various relevant literatures, such as books and scientific journals, which were then analyzed qualitatively to obtain a deeper understanding. The results indicate that Canva plays a strategic role as a fundamental solution in visualizing instructional materials and integrating multimedia in accordance with the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning. The primary advantages of using Canva in LKPD include attractive and creative visual displays, increased student learning motivation, operational ease for teachers (user-friendly), and flexibility of access in hybrid learning models. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as dependency on an internet connection, limitations of elements in the free features, variations in teachers' digital literacy levels, and the risk of distracting students' focus toward visual aspects rather than the core content. As a practical contribution, this study formulates tactical strategies to mitigate these obstacles through sustainable digital literacy programs for teachers, the establishment of learning communities for peer mentoring, and the importance of institutional investment support in school digital infrastructure. In conclusion, with proper management and competency support, Canva serves as an effective innovative medium in transforming traditional LKPD into interactive e-LKPD to meet the demands of modern education.
