Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational paradigm that emphasizes the acceptance of every student without discrimination, including those with special needs. The value of love in Christian Religious Education (CRE) has profound relevance as a theological and pedagogical foundation for the implementation of inclusive education. This study aims to examine the relationship between the value of love in Christian teaching and the principles of inclusive education, as well as how CRE can serve as a transformative foundation for teachers, schools, and faith communities. The method used is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that the value of love taught in the Bible provides a solid foundation for inclusive education, encompassing acceptance, empathy, justice, and boundless service. CRE grounded in love is capable of forming an inclusive learning community that values diversity and views every individual as the image of God. These findings indicate the urgency of integrating Christian love values into curriculum and pedagogical practices to create an inclusive, dignified, and transformative educational ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the development of character and process skills assessment instruments in learning through a library research approach. The study was conducted by synthesizing various reputable literature sources, including textbooks, indexed scientific journals, and relevant education policy documents. The results show that a good character assessment instrument must measure three dimensions of character comprehensively, namely moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action, using assessment rubrics with clear behavioral descriptors. Effective process skills assessment instruments take the form of performance assessments that authentically record students’ abilities to observe, question, collect information, reason, and communicate. The development of both instruments must meet content validity, internal reliability, and practical usability criteria to be truly useful for teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and social media has brought significant changes to the lives of the younger generation, especially students. However, a lack of understanding of ethical social media use often leads to problems such as the spread of hate speech, defamation, and digital addiction. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to students' lack of ethical behavior in using social media, explain the role of ethics education in shaping student behavior, and determine the effect of ethics education on students' ability to filter information and avoid the spread of hoaxes. The research method used a literature review by analyzing theories and relating them to the context of student education in the digital era. The results show that ethics education plays a central role in shaping students' behavior with integrity, empathy, and respect for differences in the virtual world. Ethics education also influences students' habits in filtering information and avoiding the spread of hoaxes. Thus, ethics education is a key foundation in developing an  intelligent and moral digital generation.
