Abstract

This study aims to develop Virtual Tour-based learning media entitled Chinese Cultural Wonders to improve cross-cultural understanding of China in a contextual and interactive manner for students of the Chinese Language Education S1 Study Program at Universitas Negeri Malang. This research uses the research and development (R&D) method with the ID-TABLET Culture-Based Model (CBM) which consists of pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The media was developed through 360-degree panoramic recording at Tjoe Hwie Kiong Temple, integration of interactive multimedia, and preparation of Chinese culture-based teaching materials that were visually packaged through the Canva platform. The prototype was validated by material experts and media experts and tested on students of the Chinese Language Education study program class of 2023. Chinese Cultural Wonders is a Virtual Tour-based application that can be accessed online. This application consists of the main menu in the form of material content, quizzes, usage guides, mini-maps, temple locations, and contact information. In addition, this application is also equipped with pop-up images, pop-up videos, and navigation hotspots that can increase user interactivity in using it.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan penggunaan Genially sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif serta penyusunan panduan praktis yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri. Melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), pelatihan mencakup pengenalan fitur utama Genially, praktik pembuatan konten berbasis microsite dan gamifikasi, serta sesi refleksi dan umpan balik. Evaluasi melalui survei dan dokumentasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman teknologi dan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan media interaktif ke pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin. Keberadaan booklet panduan dan forum diskusi daring memperkuat keberlanjutan hasil pelatihan. Keberadaan booklet panduan dan forum diskusi daring turut memperkuat keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi strategis bagi pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran dan dapat direplikasi di bidang pendidikan lainnya. Kata kunci: pelatihan; genially; media ajar interaktif; bahasa mandarin Abstract This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ competence through training on the use of Genially as an interactive learning medium, along with the development of a practical guidebook for independent use. Implemented using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the training covered the introduction of Genially’s main features, hands-on practice in creating microsite- and gamification-based content, as well as reflection and feedback sessions. Evaluation through surveys and documentation indicated improvements in teachers’ technological understanding and their ability to integrate interactive media into Mandarin language teaching. The availability of the guidebook and an online discussion forum further strengthened the sustainability of the program. This initiative provides a strategic contribution to the development of innovative learning and can be replicated in other educational fields. Keywords: training; genially; interactive teaching media; mandarin

Abstract

本研究运用定性描述法，对汉语与印尼语在声母、韵母和声调方面的语音系统进行对比分析，以揭示两种语言在发音部位、发音方法、元音结构及声调特征上的差异，并探讨这些差异对印尼学习者习得汉语语音的影响。研究结果表明，汉语具有舌尖后音、送气音、复杂的复合韵母以及区别意义的声调，而印尼语缺乏这些音类和声调系统，因此印尼学习者在学习汉语时常出现如送气与不送气混淆、舌尖后音发音困难、韵母替代及声调不准确等偏误。基于对比分析与教学观察，本研究提出加强发音部位示范、突出声韵调结合训练、强化声调意识以及采用直观对比练习等教学建议，以期提高印尼学习者的汉语语音习得效果。
