The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of return on asset and debt to equity ratio on enterprise value at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. This research was conducted at companies engaged in the banking sector, namely PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of quarterly financial reports.The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Return on asset and debt equity ratio together have a significant effect on enterprise value at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. 2) Return on asset has an effect not significant on enterprise value .3) Debt to equity has a positive and significant effect on enterprise value.

To determine the effect of compensation and workload on employee job satisfaction of PT. Dana Purna Investama Jakarta Head Office. The population in this research are employees of PT. Dana Purna Investama Jakarta Head Office. This research uses multiple and simple linear regression test methods. Based on the test results together, it shows that compensation and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dana Purna Investama Jakarta Head Office. Meanwhile, the partial test of both compensation and workload has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of the research service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Pondok Gede Branch. In this study used 114 sample respondents. Data analysis method used with simultaneous and partial linear regression analysis techniques and simple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, either simultaneous or partial.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of earning per share and return on equity on share price at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This research was conducted at companies engaged in the Consumer Goods Industry sector, namely PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of quarterly financial reports. Besides that, data on the closing stock price of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The analytical method uses multiple and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Earning per share and return on equity together have a significant effect on stock prices at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk 2) Earning per share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. 3) Return on equity has an effect but not significant on stock prices.

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock prices included in the LQ-45 index for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative method, namely by using secondary data. Data obtained from the company's financial report website for 2018-2022. The results of the partial test (t test) show that liquidity (current ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices while profitability (earning per share) has a positive and significant effect on stocks. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F) shows that liquidity (current ratio) and profitability (earning per share) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices.

This study aims to predict bankruptcy at PT. Express Transindo Utama, Tbk. from 2014 to 2018 using the Altman Z-score Modified analysis model. PT. Express Transindo Utama, Tbk. engaged in the transportation sector.This type of research is a case study. This study uses secondary data from financial statements. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the company from 2014 to 2016 experienced an indication that it could not be determined whether the company was healthy or bankrupt (gray area). But in 2017 until 2018 the company entered the distress zone.

The purpose of the research in the know the leadership style and motivation that can improve the employee performance so that the research will take the title: Influence of leadership style and employee performance motivation at Pizza Hut Pemuda Jakarta. The data analysis methods used are statistical tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and partial linier regression. The test results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between the leadership force on employee performance, and there was a significant influence between the motivation to employee performance. The result of leadership style is positively influential towards employee performance, while the result of motivation also has an effect on employee performance.

The research objective was to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leadership on the performance of employees at PT. Jaya Bravo. In this study used 30 sample respondents. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous linear regression analysis techniques and partial linear regression. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant influence of intellectual capital and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Jaya bravo, both simultaneous and partial.

Achievement in work is one of the needs that everyone wants to achieve at work. One of the factors that can affect one's work performance in achieving work targets by placing the right employees in accordance with the abilities and skills possessed and support from the work environment around the employees. This study aims to analyze the presence or absence of influence both simultaneously and partially placement and work environment on employee performance at PT. Archipelago Sea Exploration Jakarta involving 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there are influences both simultaneously and partially in the placement and work environment of the work performance of employees at PT. Nusantara Sea Cruising Jakarta.
