Abstract

Digital marketing has now become the main source of income and marketing operation between many sectors and industries. Their focus revolved around content producing, that includes the property industry. The property industry operates their digital marketing through some social media accounts using Instagram, their background is diverse including the goal and pricing. When the author analysed the Instagram posts, a bold narration about property as future investment are displayed clearly; thus, with Krippendorff’s content analysis, Author could find more and illustrate it into the marketing model. The marketing model helps the reader to illustrate the business cycle with simplistic.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of the Faculty of Economics, UNKRIS, aims to raise awareness and change behavior among the community in Pondokgede sub-district regarding the environment, starting with the household environment in handling organic and inorganic waste through composting and the use of Biopori Infiltration Pits (LRB), waste banks, and greening for Green Open Spaces (RTH). The method used in this study is qualitative analysis. Before the KKN FE UNKRIS activities were implemented, several steps were taken to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness of the program, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Overall, the KKN FE UNKRIS program in the environmental conservation movement and its implementation in Pondokgede sub-district has had a positive impact on accelerating the development of Pondokgede sub-district, as evidenced by the improvement in community behavior toward the environment and the level of community satisfaction with the KKN FE UNKRIS program. The implications of this KKN program include the need for continuous monitoring to ensure that community awareness of a clean and healthy environment continues to increase. Additionally, the program should be continued until the stage of utilizing the results of waste processing generated by each community in Pondokgede.

Abstract

Drug abuse among adolescents remains a serious issue in Indonesia, as it threatens the quality of human resources and hampers the optimal utilization of the demographic bonus. This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding of types of drugs, their health and legal impacts, and their implications for future education and economic productivity. The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) of Universitas Krisnadwipayana was conducted at SMK Yadika 6, MA Al Ihsan, and Sekolah Terbuka (Yayasan Intisyar Salam) from October 29 to November 24, 2025. The program was implemented by a team consisting of lecturers and students, totaling 11 participants, and involved 100 student participants from the target schools. The KKN activities employed an educational and participatory approach through several stages, including the delivery of educational materials, screening of educational videos, and interactive discussions. The results indicated an improvement in students’ understanding of various types of drugs and the risks associated with drug abuse, as well as active engagement and positive responses during the sessions. This program highlights the crucial role of educational institutions as the frontline in drug abuse prevention and demonstrates its potential as a sustainable preventive intervention model for students to support healthier, more productive future generations.
