Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of human resource strategic management  and innovation, human resource strategic management  and knowledge management, knowledge management and innovation, in addition to analyzing whether knowledge management can mediate the relationship of human resource strategic management  with innovation Research data to be used is data of creative industry companies in Indonesia with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the Government of Indonesia. The research sample is a creative industry company in Indonesia. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between variables and the analysis of pathways to find out the direct effects and indirect effects of human resource strategic management  on innovation. The hypothesis of this research is (1) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management  with innovation, (2) there is a positive relationship between the strategic management  of human resources and knowledge management (3) there is a relationship between knowledge management and innovation (4) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management  to innovation through knowledge management as a mediation variable. The findings provide evidence that knowledge management plays a mediating role between strategic human resource management  and innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizationa citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness in PT. Cosmo Makmur Indonesia. Population and sample ini this study in the number of employee of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test with path analysis.  From the analysis, the coefficient of the determinan (R2) noted that organizational citizenship behavior influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment by 87% and the ramining 13% was influence by other factors which not included in the model. Job satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, organizational climate siginificantly effect of 2,889 and organizational commitment significantly effect of 2,108 and organizational citizenship behavior significantly effect of 6.862.  The analysis of the test, yhe coefficient of the determination noted that the organizational effectiveness was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) muncul dari konsep atas kesadaran mahasiswa sebagai calon sarjana untuk dapat memanfaatkan sebagian waktu belajarnya menyumbangkan pengetahuan dan ilmu yang telah diperolehnya secara langsung dalam membantu para warga sekitar yang memiliki usaha kecil menengah untuk menentukan lokasi di Google Maps agar dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas. UMKM merupakan salah satu kekuatan ekonomi baik di berbagai negara maupun Indonesia. Namun, berbagai hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM salah satunya yaitu pemasaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini agar UMKM di desa Tugu Utara dapat berkembang melalui pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan pembuatan Google Maps dan Pemasaran Online, yaitu: kesatu, Observasi ke Pemerintah Desa terkait data jumlah UMKM di Desa Tugu Utara, Kolaborasi dengan mitra (ketua dan kelompok UMKM). Ketiga, Pelatihan pembuatan google maps dan pemasaran online. Keempat, Evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan ini adalah: Kesatu, Lokasi UMKM terdeteksi google maps. Kedua, pelaku UMKM memiliki akun market place dan media sosial. Ketiga, Meningkatnya omset penjualan.

Abstract

Waste management is one of the greatest challenges faced by global communities today. Understanding the types, sources, and forms of waste is essential to raise awareness. This study aims to increase awareness and promote positive behavior in household waste management, focusing on the Environmentally Aware Community (MasDarLing) in Pondokgede District, which consists of 5 sub-districts and 78 neighborhood units (RW), through the UNKRIS Community Service Program (KKN). This research employs a qualitative analysis method with several stages, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that 67% of the community understands the importance of not littering, 84% are aware of the need to sort waste before disposal, and 97% are conscious of the negative impacts of waste on the environment. Additionally, 84% of the community deposits inorganic waste at waste banks, and 97% have knowledge about composting and biopore absorption holes. The positive impacts of this activity include a cleaner environment, increased environmental awareness, and the establishment of more waste banks in Pondokgede District.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of the Faculty of Economics, UNKRIS, aims to raise awareness and change behavior among the community in Pondokgede sub-district regarding the environment, starting with the household environment in handling organic and inorganic waste through composting and the use of Biopori Infiltration Pits (LRB), waste banks, and greening for Green Open Spaces (RTH). The method used in this study is qualitative analysis. Before the KKN FE UNKRIS activities were implemented, several steps were taken to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness of the program, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Overall, the KKN FE UNKRIS program in the environmental conservation movement and its implementation in Pondokgede sub-district has had a positive impact on accelerating the development of Pondokgede sub-district, as evidenced by the improvement in community behavior toward the environment and the level of community satisfaction with the KKN FE UNKRIS program. The implications of this KKN program include the need for continuous monitoring to ensure that community awareness of a clean and healthy environment continues to increase. Additionally, the program should be continued until the stage of utilizing the results of waste processing generated by each community in Pondokgede.

Abstract

The development of a village into a tourist village is increasingly becoming a trend in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Especially village tourism related to nature tourism, agriculture, plantations, heritage sites and culture. It can be said that from the market theory, the village is the supply side and tourists are the demand side. As the supply side, the village continues to grow with the construction of infrastructure, cultural development, and trainings. In the era of modern management, the role of knowledge management and innovation has encouraged villages in Indonesia to realize the village as a tourist village. Thus there will be a multiplier effect to increase the income of rural communities. The research sample is a rural communities and local goverment officials Sunten Jaya village  as many as 150. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between knowledge management with innovation to rural tourism development. This paper will examine the relationship of knowledge management with innovation and its implications in the tourist village of Pasir Angling, Sunten Jaya Village, West Java, Indonesia. Besides, this paper also discusses the role of the University in participating in developing tourist villages.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of work experience on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of incentives on employee performance, 3) determine the effect of work experience on motivation, 4) determine the effect of incentives on motivation, 5) determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, 6) determine the indirect effect of work experience on employee performance through work motivation, 7) determine the indirect effect of incentives on employee performance through work motivation. The research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Area Gambir with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of work experience on employee performance, 2) there is an effect of incentives on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work experience on motivation, 4) there is an effect of incentives on motivation, 5) motivation has an effect on employee performance, 6) work experience has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, 7) incentives have an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation.
