Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership strategy of PAUD heads in improving the quality of early childhood education services during the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The focus of this research is Pattola Palallo Kindergarten, Awangpone District, Bone Regency. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study showed that kindergarten heads implemented participatory and transformative leadership strategies through needs-based program planning, continuous teacher coaching, and strengthening cooperation with parents and the community. This strategy has an impact on improving teacher professionalism, creating a child-friendly learning environment, and increasing parental involvement in the education process. Despite being faced with limited resources, kindergarten heads are able to manage challenges with a collaborative and innovative approach. This study concludes that the adaptive and responsive leadership of PAUD heads to the Independent Curriculum policy plays an important role in realizing quality early childhood education services. This finding is expected to be a reference for other PAUD heads in developing leadership strategies that are in accordance with the demands of the times.

Abstract

Sexual violence within the family is a serious crime that often remains hidden because it occurs in a private sphere and involves perpetrators who have close relationships with the victims. This study aims to analyze sexual violence within the family as a jarīmah from the perspective of Islamic criminal law and to examine the relevance of sanctions that can be applied to protect victims and prevent similar offenses. This research employs a library research method with a normative-analytical approach through the examination of fiqh jināyah literature, Islamic criminal law theories, and contemporary studies on family-based sexual violence. The findings reveal that sexual violence within the family should not be viewed merely as a moral issue or private matter but as a criminal act that violates the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah), particularly the protection of life, honor, and lineage. Contributing factors include weak religious understanding, violations of privacy and modesty boundaries, exposure to sexually explicit digital content, economic pressures, and permissive social environments. Within Islamic criminal law, ta‘zīr sanctions are considered the most appropriate mechanism due to their flexibility in allowing the state to impose proportional punishments, including harsher penalties for perpetrators who are mahram relatives or hold authority over the victims. Therefore, Islamic criminal law remains relevant in strengthening family protection through education, prevention, and effective law enforcement.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial telah memberikan peluang baru dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, termasuk dalam meningkatkan literasi akuntansi syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas platform LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, dan TikTok dalam membangun literasi akuntansi syariah pada mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa YouTube merupakan platform yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep akuntansi syariah, literasi keuangan syariah, dan pemahaman akad transaksi. LinkedIn berperan sebagai sumber informasi yang lebih profesional dan kredibel, sedangkan Instagram dan TikTok efektif meningkatkan minat belajar melalui penyajian konten yang menarik dan mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan keempat platform secara terpadu dapat mendukung peningkatan literasi akuntansi syariah mahasiswa dan menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi digital.
