Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) raises legal issues in copyright protection, especially for scientific works produced without human involvement. Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright does not explicitly regulate the ownership status of the work. This study uses a normative legal method to examine the legal protection of scientific works produced by AI, by examining laws and regulations and principles of intellectual property rights. The results of the study are expected to provide input for the formulation of adaptive regulations and guarantee legal certainty in the era of technological development.

Abstract

PT LUKU sebagai UMKM agrikultur dengan produk unggulan Telur Moe Fungsional memiliki potensi produk dan nilai sosial yang kuat, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dan pemahaman literasi hukum bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital dan literasi hukum bisnis mitra melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan bertahap. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan, serta fase monitoring dan evaluasi, dengan bentuk kegiatan berupa pelatihan pemasaran digital, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) pengembangan organisasi, serta penyuluhan dan pelatihan literasi hukum bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam memanfaatkan media digital untuk pemasaran produk, pengelolaan konten, serta pemahaman terhadap dasar-dasar kontrak dan legalitas usaha. Integrasi antara penguatan pemasaran digital dan literasi hukum bisnis memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran, interaksi dengan konsumen, serta kesiapan mitra dalam menjalankan usaha secara lebih tertib dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pengembangan UMKM yang bersifat holistik dengan mengombinasikan aspek teknis pemasaran dan tata kelola hukum dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi digital.

Abstract

This study examines the validity of share purchase and sale agreements in limited liability companies that have not yet obtained legal entity status. The issue arises because shares, as objects of corporate law, only come into existence after the company is registered with the Minister of Law and Human Rights and obtains proof of registration in accordance with Article 7(4) of the Limited Liability Companies Act, as amended by the Job Creation Law. The results of the discussion indicate that a share purchase and sale agreement entered into before the company obtains legal entity status does not yet result in a legal transfer of rights to the shares, but rather constitutes only an obligatory relationship between the parties. Therefore, legal protection must be ensured through legal certainty and the application of the principle of prudence.
