Abstract

The urgency of this research stems from the need for elementary schools to ensure that teacher management is effective, accountable, and aligned with the demands of today's educational professionalism. This research was conducted to audit human resource management at SD Negeri 145 Banca, focusing on the teacher recruitment and placement process, professional development, academic supervision, performance evaluation, and the implementation of professional ethics. The research used a Mixed Methods approach with an Explanatory sequential design using interview, observation, document study, and teacher questionnaire techniques. The sample was selected using purposive sampling for interviews and total sampling for questionnaires. The first step was to analyze the quantitative results of the teacher questionnaires, then explained through qualitative data. The research findings indicate that human resource management in the school has been running well, especially in the aspects of teacher development and implementation of the code of ethics. The questionnaire findings with an average score of 96.7% indicate a Very Strong category, indicating that teachers have a high commitment to participating in training, implementing the code of ethics, receiving supervision, and demonstrating motivation to develop professionalism. However, it still requires strengthening in the distribution of coaching and optimization of teacher duties. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive audit, which integrates recruitment, development, supervision, evaluation, and professional ethics. Its contribution is providing a comprehensive overview that can serve as a reference for policies to improve the quality of teaching staff management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations in classIV UPT SPF SDI PA'BAENG-BAENG, several problems were found, one of which was the rare use of interesting learning media so that students became a little bored and less motivated to learn so that the learning outcomes obtained were relatively low. The solution to improving student learning outcomes is to design more attractive LKPD learning media with brighter pictures, colors, writing and interesting learning activity directions. With this LKPD, students are more interested and enthusiastic about doing the tasks on the LKPD and make it easier for students to understand the material presented. This research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class IV students at UPT SPF SDI Pa'baeng-Baeng in Indonesian language subjects by using Student Worksheets (LKPD) as a learning medium. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). Based on the results of research data analysis, the results obtained from using LKPD in Indonesian language subjects can improve student learning outcomes in class IV UPT SPF SDI Pa'Baeng-Baeng. This is shown by the learning outcomes obtained by each individual increasing from pre-cycle, cycle 1 to cycle 2. In the pre-cycle, student learning outcomes are still very low with an average of 22.22% of students experiencing completeness. Meanwhile, in cycle 1 and cycle 2, the increase in student learning outcomes experienced a significant increase. In cycle 1, the presentation of students who had completed it was 61.11% but had not yet reached the criteria for success, while in cycle 2, the presentation of students was 83.33%. Who has achieved the success criteria.

Abstract

The development of science and technology (IPTEK) in the modern era has had a significant impact on human life, both positive and negative. The advancement of IPTEK is often accompanied by moral decline, spiritual crisis, and environmental damage. This article aims to analyze the Islamic Life Guidelines for Muhammadiyah Members (PHIWM) as a normative and ethical framework in responding to the development of IPTEK and environmental management. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature study method from official Muhammadiyah documents, the Qur'an, hadith, and relevant scientific literature. The results show that PHIWM positions IPTEK as a strategic tool for community welfare that must be developed responsibly, based on faith and morals. In addition, environmental management is seen as a theological mandate that demands a conservative, just, and sustainable attitude. Thus, PHIWM plays a crucial role in building integration between the advancement of IPTEK, individual piety, and environmental sustainability towards the realization of a truly Islamic society.
